Part of my series of adapting other monsters into Pokemon, I tried to make Jeff from Marvel Rivals into a Pokemon.

As a Garchomp variant he will enjoy a hefty 600 BST. With a good mix of offense, utility and bulk.

It's exclusive move Healing Bubble does the same effect as in Marvel Rivals, healing a 25% and raising the speed one stage. As in that game, you can use the bubble on your allies or yourself.

It's exclusive ability Joyful Splash will turn any beam, breath or pulse move into a spread move. With the appropriate damage reduction.

Moveset wise, he will learn pretty much every breath (Frost Breath, Flamethrower), Pulse (Dragon Pulse, Aura Sphere, Terrain Pulse) and Beam ( Hyper beam, Aurora Beam, Solar Beam)

And your basic Water Pokemon support moves.

Important Exceptions: Does not learn Hydro Cannon, Origin Pulse, Moongeist Beam or Simple Beam.

Sets could be a strong terrain partner to spam terrain pulse or use a strong meteor/solar beam nuke to hurt both enemies with a Power herb.

Can be use as a staple of champions on any team that wants reliable spread damage. Hopefully top 10 usage

Basically an alternative to neutralizing gas. Exclusive to Beheeyem, it should give him enough of a niche to become common place on UU at least and specially champions, when the item limitations makes that selection more important.

Doesn't work on Mega Stones nor can it stop primal reverting.

I was thinking of a speed stat split. It will basically dictate how fast is a pokemon doing physical or special attacks.

Mostly to have old Pokemon form Gen 4 and below catch up in the crazy power creep.

And separate similar pokemon. For example Vileplume could have a 100 special speed, compared to Venusaur 80 to make it more of a special attacker. As current Vileplume is slower, frailer and has a worse moveset.

Mixed Pokemon will shine as they will have the same speed on both cases.

Status moves speed will be determined by typing and will use the original Gen1-3 assignations. (Grass status move use special speed, Ghost status move use regular speed etc...)

Why showing this on stinkspot instead of theory month? I'll be eating alive with every post mentioning "Sunday came early etc..." so I'll just post it here.

Is not something that will ever happen.

The Soaked Pokemon will have its special attack halved and Electric type moves will be super effective.

Type interactions:

Water Pokemon are immune to the status.

Using a fire move or receiving a fire attack will cure the Pokemon of the status.

No weather interaction.

Moves that will affect the status, will be the counter part of the electric/fire moves that has an status %.

Water moves that already had an effect (scald/muddy water) won't have the new chance of status prop.

The previous chance if slipping effect was too strong so I remove it. Hopefully the move is more balance right now.

A stronger version of Outrage. This will be a rock type that that will boost Rampardos speed at the beginning of every turn and stops after 2-3 turns (random chance) with the downside of becoming confused at the end.

While Rampardos is doing this move he will be a hidden "unstoppable status" which means that move cannot be stopped prematurely.

That means Rampardos cannot be flinched or Paralyzed

(he will get the status and speed drop but the effect not will no activate will the move is at place, it can happen when he chooses any other move)

and he won't stop even if the move misses or does no damage through protect.

Probably will take him to UU.

I got this guy in a shiny coffin, he is a bit underleved compared to my crew, he is the basic/normal type, his base stats are pretty low too.

I really like his cool explosion attack, is great for fighting against multiple enemies but he seems like a novelty.

Taking Mammorest HP, ATK and DEF intact from the game, I decided to give it an extra 5 points in special attack. I wasn't sure in the speed so I just make him slow to hit the game.

Its two exclusive move are taken from the game, both being Special moves.

Grass Tornado is basically Dual Wing Beat and Earth Impact is Earth Quake. Both are Special Moves.

Does have any particular trick or gimmick. In thinking UU or Bottom OU tier.
