Slashing moves will always critical hit

Ability works as mentioned, Slashing and cutting moves done by Persian will always do result in a critical hit.

Notable moves, Fury Swipes, Shadow Claw, Slash & Night Slash and on a lesser side Metal Claw.

Persian has a terrible 70 based attack but with his nice 115 speed and being able to ignore defense boost I can see him has some great utility.

I expect him to become a UU mainstay with this move but I don't think it will send him to OU as his defense profile is non existent.

Sony lost the respect for the media that made their #1 position posible.

Some of you are on the younger side but.

PS1 having discs was a huge deal, it offered more space, cleaner music, cheaper prices and Full Motion Video. It started Sony on a dominant position immediately.

PS2 DVD player was an even bigger deal, it was the cheapest DVD player on the market at launch and became a no brainer for families everywhere. To this day is the best selling console

The PS3 Blu-ray save them from completely dying compared to Xbox on the earlier Six Generation.

The PS4 not being always online and having a focus on the ease of game sharing with the discs ensure they won't the most important generation.

Is crazy like they are throwing all of that away.

What's you type?

I like really skinny girls with big noses. Like the Ursula girl from Spiderman, think Dobbie from Harry potter in Paris Hilton body 😅.

Every time I see that phenotype my heart starts beating.

[Design Trope] a species high and low class are fundamentally different

Often coming from different stories. They share the same name, some design cues and similar abilities. The high version are usually magical or have some sort of nobility.

1- Elves: Santa Elves are basically little guys that help make toys for children.

Higher elves are often a beautiful long lived species that seems above humanity.

2-Vampires: Lower Vampires are basically Zombies, they drink blood and act more like animals than men.

Higher Vampires are usually humans that turned into vampires but kept all their intellect and appearance. Like elves they seem to have some nobility to them, preferencing the finer things in life.

3- Zombies: Regular zombies are reanimated rotten corpses that only exist to eat brains.

Mummy's are mummified corpses, usually of pharaohs who have full sentience and occasionally magic powers.

The Sash Equivalent to Bright Powder

Pretty forward but very powerful.

Like Focus Sash is to Focus Band, Firecracker will be the single used equivalent to Bright Powder. Instead of having a 10% chance to activate.

Same limitations, you need full HP to use it.

But the most important thing is that it can be use to completely avoid an attack instead of hanging on with 1 HP. That means it has an use to Bulkier Mon instead of glass cannons.

An example will be a Bulky slow Pokemon that can get 2 Hit KO by an Opponent and he can do the same. Thanks to the item it will take 3 turns.

Can also work to protect Pokemon with Multiscale, giving them even more staying power if the first hit will miss.

Firecracker can't be removed by knock off as the item will be consumed and make the move miss.

I can see it being a staple in competitive play due to the nature of open sheets and it has the same counter play as Focus Sash.

The Lamp seems to have different levels

In the gameplay video. We see different weapon movements but I noticed the lamp looks different.

I noticed the regular blue one, then of version of it with some red Tendrils and sometimes a red flame on top of the blue one.

The video of the Archer of the right show him full the lamp with the second fire via killing an enemy.

Before it, there's a guy playing barefisted who manifested an umbral scythe to kill an enemy BUT his lamp stayed full with 2 stocks. So at least is not used for those attacks.

A huge stat boost to the Rounded Mythicals

So the rounded Mythicals, some of the most beloved Pokemon both by casuals and competitive fans. Once a mainstay of the Pokemon versions had gone the way of the dodo and we haven't seen one since Gen 5.

Of course the new ones are most specialized so they are better and Power creep had left them in the dust. 100 Speed and Offense is just not what it was before.

And now those powerful pokemon are usually rotting away on UU.

I propose a flat 10 point boost to every single stat. That puts them on a 660 total stat points, 10 less than Pokemon like Groudon and 20 less the Mewtwo.

So those will be relegated to Ubers. Where I believe all of them will find some use.

(Shaymin skyform doesn't get a stat boost)

Finaly Beat Blood Moon level 200 and I have some thoughts.

I had many thoughts and honestly I made a huge wall of text but nobody is going to read all that. Not with these attention spams so I'll cutting to the chase.

1- Squirrel Girl needs an adjustment.

The new additions SG and Moon Knight are all amazing. However SG can lag your game or even crash it. My Xbox series X can't handle all that information after a while. I had to close the game and come back 3 hold times in the final match. Because my game just frozed.

2- This mode has some of the worst design bosses I've ever seen.

Captain and the God Squirrel are very fun.

Kingpin is almost great but it has some major flaws.

A- on his second mode he has ground attacks, the visuals aren't very clear and they do a lot of damage. So you can feel like you just died for no reason.

B- He has an "unavoidable" AOE attack that can kill everyone in one hit. If every character dies the match is over.

In the lower levels this is remedy by 3 systems. First you can just hide behind a wall to avoid the attack, Second you can just tank the hit if you have an absurd amount of HP or third you can do a lot of damage to him which will cause him to be dizzy and stop his attack. That's the intended way.

However on the latest levels, the attack goes through walls and the damage number is so high and bosses have so much HP that you need to focus on a DPS build.

So. You do a bunch of damage, easy right? No really. He has a bubble that you need to be inside of in order to attack him, otherwise you do no damage. Some characters are slow so by the time they get there, the attack is charged by a half.

So the entire team usually gets wiped there. The match doesnt end, that's where monetization come in place. You can spend 3 coins (bundle gives you 10 for 100 blue coins and 3 free daily) which is triple the cost of the konshu one.

So is pay to win then? Not exactly. Because once a person dies there's a 10 second timer to get back. So the person that paid had to stay alive. Which is coincidentally just enough type for the boss to start his big charge move

So you have this annoying loop of death, energy starts charging the attack, you revive try to do a lot of damage to stop it and get wipe again.

Very annoying but it doesn't come close to Dracula.

DRACULA IS THE WORST DESIGNED BOSS I'VE EVER SEEN.

Holy smokes this guy sucks. I had never once beaten Dracula with a team since wave 130/200. I would even say he is imposible. No matter how good the team is, I had never been able to kill him.

The area is small.

He goes a lot of damage.

Most of his attacks affect an area, it has red effect on the floor but the are so many and come so fast you rarely above them.

He can regain all his health if he catches you with one attack. Which are Trillions of HP on the later levels.

But that's not the bad part. Because even with all that, you can inflict a lot of damage quickly. This brings you to the worse part. 19 out of 20 matches end at this second phase.

Once you do like a quarter of damage. He will disappear and 6-7 swords will appear, you need to destroy 5 in order to have Dracula again.

The swords do a lot of damage, have their own AOE attacks and sometimes it feels like each has half of Dracula's health. Like even the most DPS single target damage characters can't destroy them enough. Often the entire team gets wiped before even one is deal with it.

And the worst part is, the entire time waves after waves of enemies appear. Dealing damage, getting in the way and stopping you to kill all the swords.

After you defeat them, and let's say Dracula doesn't heal is HP back to 100% eventually you get the final phrase.

Dracula has this Red Dome and unlike what you had learned before in the battle. Now being outside is what hurts you.

He still has waves of enemies , the words attacking and him too, each with their own AOE. And there's a new goal of trying to destroy 2 crystals in order to stop the dome.

Is legit imposible.

Some fights are double fights, so add the dynamics of an entire different boss into it and is better to just accept defeat. Hope you didn't waste coins surviving the waves.

Anyway the mode rules and is very addicting, those are just my minor complains. I now can go-to the earlier waves and have a ton of fun.

[Lazy Trope] Male Character design becoming just the Actor in later interactions

Basically in many cases. The actor is either tired of dying their hair or shaving their face and the character eventually becomes just a random dude with a beard.

This more of a personal pet peeve of mine.

This is different than the Trope of growing a beard to show the passage of time.

Examples

Huey in the boys finale

Punisher in the final season

Captain America in Infinity War

Thor in Thor Ragnarok

Jaimie Lanister at the latest game of thrones seasons.
