If there’s a character who deserves the wheelchair jokes for low mobility heroes that characters like Adam used to get, it should literally be him. Might be a hot take but since we don’t have a 5 star support yet, I feel he could be one as a main support. Him being difficult to play, but extremely rewarding, he could bring a lot of skill to the support roster. I think the most he could maybe get is like a 1 second invulnerability ability with his telepath powers where he makes himself invisible to other people’s mind. Since Warlock still had a soul-bond move to protect against attacks and a strong self heal.

Yeah, I know he’s a tankbuster, but other tankbusters are healthy in comparison.

Other tankbusters balance lethality with openings for counterplay. They have attack patterns that tanks can still fight back against and cooldowns that limit their uptime.

Blade sword form is problematic because it has infinite uptime. Once he goes in, he doesn’t have to come back out. He just sticks onto the tank until the tank dies. And that’s not even considering the anti heal and slow he applies.

What do yall think (specifically tank players)? How would you adjust the form to be more balanced?

I saw the new lore entry released for him in rivals, and thought it was a small reference to the presentation that just released, as he’s even depicted with the DDBA mcu skin in the cover art

They’re only doing “balanced” releases NOW when they originally wanted to release 6 DPS a year despite it already making up more than tank and support combined. I know it may seem crazy not to release any dps for 2 years, but games like OW have gone years without a certain hero in a role. And In the mean time during those years, they could have reworked trash dps that are STILL bad now such as Widow, Wanda, BP, and Iron-man. The only seasons where a dps could have released is the fantastic four in s1 and Deadpool (triple role) in season 6. At this rate, I doubt the roles will ever be balanced, as it would take 2 years and a half in order for tank and support to catch up to dps, but it sad to think about that we could have almost been done by the end of this year and then pivoted to balanced releases like they have now, which haven’t even been that good anyways.
