Years ago I used to get useful account insights from reps. These days most conversations seem to revolve around broad match, automation and increasing spend.

Has the quality actually changed or is that just my perception?

One of my clients' Instagram business accounts was disabled, and it's been almost 5 months since we appealed. Every time we contact Meta Support, they say a specialized team is reviewing the case, but we haven't received any meaningful update.
