Right-Sided Abdominal/Lower Hip Pain After Working Out — Muscle Strain or Something Else?

Age 24, healthy, anxiety disorder, 6 feet and 204 pounds.

I've been having soreness/pain on the right side of my abdomen since last Thursday. At first it wasn't constant and I mainly noticed it when touching the area, laughing, crunching my abdomen, or moving around. The pain would only happen when touched and put pressure kind of a bit next to the right of the bellybutton but now its kind of to my right hip and hurts when touched. When I did the rebound test and jump test yesterday it didn't hurt but now it feels sore and hurts with movement. After playing basketball.

Today I worked out in the morning and then played basketball. After that, the pain became more constant and now seems to have shifted lower, closer to my right hip. It hurts more when I walk or move my right hip.

I also occasionally get a weird ticklish/tingling sensation in n the same general area.

I'm wondering if this sounds more like an abdominal/hip-flexor/groin muscle strain from exercising, or if there's anything else I should be concerned about (such as appendicitis).

Has anyone experienced something similar after working out or playing basketball? What did it turn out to be?

Is a Master's in Clinical Psychology worth $60k in student loan debt?

I'm trying to decide whether pursuing a Master's in Clinical Psychology is financially worth it, and I'd really appreciate some honest opinions from people who have gone through this path.

I'm interested in becoming an LMFT and eventually working as a therapist. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and I'm currently considering master's programs that would allow me to work toward licensure.

The biggest thing holding me back is the cost.

The program would leave me with around $60,000 in student loan debt after two years.

I'm trying to figure out whether taking on $60k of debt for a master's degree in Clinical Psychology is reasonable, especially considering that I'd still have to complete the post-graduation supervised hours and licensing requirements before becoming fully licensed.

Based in California btw

How to get into LOTR LCG when everything is OOP?

Title. I used to own a decent collection but sold it during 2024. Now I regret it and want to get back into the game, but now literally everything is OOP.

Uncanny X-Men Issue 109 was amazing

I just recently started Claremont's X-men as I bought the omnibus. At first I was not a big fan of it, I felt the writing and characterization of the X-Men were bland and was making it difficult to read but man issue 109 was great with them returning from The other world and getting a chance to talk to each other and see their friendships. It felt like I was watching the cartoon.

Do you shower after work?

I usually workout in the morning and then shower but since I started working in a clinic I've been feeling like OCD about germs with working with kids and all and want to shower again after work but was just seeing what other people do?
