Post exposure: On which days to test in order to be all-clear?
My partner is considering going to a free dental clinic in the next week or so. He is low income and hasn't gone since 2021. I told him of course he can do this if he wants to but he will need to quarantine afterwards.
I'm writing to get the most up to date guidance on:
How often to test and on which days post exposure? (We have a very limited about of Metrix which I'd rather save for knowing when it's safe to get back together again if possible).
On what day is he "in the clear" with a negative test?
I assume we'll use a mix of rapids, maybe some expired Lucira and a Metrix or two.
I asked him to use the Readimask nose hack with an N95 over it, but I am not sure how that will go. The clinic is first come, first serve and I imagine it will be pretty busy. Numbers are low but it seems pretty high risk.
