Sulfur soap for type 2?

Who uses sulfur soap for type 2? I just started and I feel like I see such an improvement in the texture and pustules already after 2 uses - but I don’t want to jinx it. Lol

Negative reactions to KPV?

Has anyones research had negative reactions or side effects to KPV? Mine experienced facial redness and bumps as well as extra dry skin and eczema that wasn’t previously there.

Crepey and lax eyelid skin after a flare?

Hoping for some reassurance or some advice. I had smooth tight eyelids until I suffered a contact dermatitis flare that left me with eczema after and my eyelids became so swollen. After the swelling settled down, now my eyelids are extremely thin, lax and look wrinkly. Do they eventually go back to normal or is this just how they will look now?

Red light masks?

Has anyone tried the LED red light therapy tasks and does it help your rosacea and redness at all? Or would it make it worse?

Has anyone here tried GHK-Cu?

I’m asking because I think GHK-Cu turned my super mild type 1 into full blown type 2. 😞 and now I can’t get rid of it.

If Ivermectin worked for your type 2, how long did it take to see results?

Waiting for my dermatology appt, but I’m quite sure I’ve developed type 2 rosacea. It came on what seems like overnight but it’s been persistent and worsening for the past 4-5 weeks. I just got 0.5% OTC ivermectin and I’m patch testing it on an area right now. How long does it take to see improvement from it?

Help - what is happening to my skin??

I had completely clear skin my entire life until about 6 weeks ago. It started with red irritation on my eyelids (that keeps coming and going - hence the crusting 😭 they’re healing from the last flare up) and has developed into these red pustules all over my cheeks. The lighter pink spots on the sides of my upper lip area are SO itchy. What skin condition even is this? My skin is also now so reactive to all products - it never was before.

Zero therapy?

I’m so frustrated. I think I’m at the point where I’m not even going to put water on my face for several days. My skin barrier is SO damaged, I’ve developed what I believe is type 2 rosacea out of absolutely nowhere, and everything I put on my skin is causing contact dermatitis. I’ve never had sensitive skin before. I used a moisturizer on my eyelids once 2 weeks ago and my eyes have been red and inflamed ever since - they are literally crusting over and hurt so bad. I’m truly defeated. Sorry - just venting 🥺

My skin tolerates products while they’re on, but as soon as I rinse them off, I have extreme rebound reactions?

Is this normal? I’ve tried LRP Cicaplast, Avène cicalfate, plain Vaseline, Aveeno fragrance free, even Aveeno eczema cream for babies. Anythingggg I put on my skin soothes it and makes it feel good while it’s on, but as soon as I cleanse my skin and wash it off, I have been suffering with insane rebound dryness, redness, burning and even contact dermatitis on my eyelids (from Vaseline and the LRP). Is this normal? My skin is literal sandpaper right now and I just want to heal it - but moisturizing products literally make it worse….

Will my eyelids go back to normal after a flare?

I am suffering what I believe is either an eczema or contact dermatitis flare on my upper eyelids. They are red, raw, dry (flaking) and super swollen. Now that the swelling is starting to come down, my upper eyelids look so thin and wrinkly and droopy - they were not like this before. Do they go back to normal once they heal or are these my new eyelids? 🥺 there’s all these fine lines that weren’t there before.

Has anyone tried the KPV?

I just finished my first vial of KPV from AC. Since starting it, I’ve been developing rashes and my skin has never been so dry… I’m literally developing eczema all over my face. Is this normal?

Does this look like eczema or contact dermatitis?

I’ve never had eczema nor have I ever had the pustules you can see on my forehead and cheeks. All of this appeared suddenly about a month ago and won’t go away. I tried Avène Cicalfate and it dried me out worse. I tried LRP Cicaplast on my eyelids and this is how they responded after I rinsed it off. I feel completely defeated 🥺

Did anyone have skin issues (eczema and/or rashes) on Reta?

I’ve never had eczema before but since starting Reta I’ve been breaking out in eczema all over my face and eyelids, and now recently even on my leg. Has anyone else experienced this with Reta? And if I switch to Tirz, would I likely experience the same thing or is it possible to resolve with switching?

If I have certain side effects on Reta, am I likely to have them on Tirz too?

Started Reta and literally developed eczema and skin rashes. No idea what’s going on. If I stop Reta and switch to tirz will it just be the same thing? Or is it possible I may not have the same side effects on tirz?
