I am only on day 6 of treatment and still in my first tray. I’ve noticed that even when I take them out to eat something, my trays literally feel tighter and have a lot more pressure once I put them back in. It does not take long at all for my teeth to start shifting back. I’ve been good about the 22 hours per day wear too. The longer into treatment and more your teeth move, will they stop shifting back so quickly? I just can’t imagine the final result being maintained at the end without a permanent retainer.
If you’re getting toward the end of the week where you’re about to change to a new tray and you’re still experiencing pain and soreness in your current tray, is that a sign you’re not tracking correctly?
I’m a daily Diet Coke drinker. I don’t drink coffee. I always drink it through a straw.. I really don’t want to use my non-wear time while I drink it. 22 hours a day is hard enough! Lol. Will I be okay to drink Diet Coke with the trays in?
Around the actual button, I have excess of the material surrounding it and it’s covering almost my whole tooth. It’s not a bother when the trays are in but it feels off when they’re out because my teeth feel gritty and like there’s glue all over them or something. Shouldn’t they have drilled off any excess material around the button?
Diva Rice - Ingredients: Konjac root, Psyllium husk, seaweed extract. I got it specifically because it is zero carb rice. But since I’ve been eating this, I’m retaining a TON of water. If I eat this for dinner I wake up so insanely puffy. Should these ingredients cause that..?

I wasn’t expecting much molar pain as I thought those didn’t really move much. But honestly I have more throbbing in my molars than in my center front and bottom teeth! I’m on day 3. Is this normal and anyone else,
I first started on 5mg and I was thrilled to notice I didn’t seem to be gaining weight. I then went up to 10mg. I have been on Lexapro for a total of 3 months now. Um… I just went to try on some of my summer clothes and nothing fits. I think I gained a lot of weight in the past month or so. Did anyone else not notice weight gain until like 2 or 3 months into taking it?
