Can someone give me a basic Newbie Warrior Level Up Guide? (Im always at 50% HP because I keep dying, and just 1 estus flask is so brutal)

I have played and completed Elden Ring and DS1 before, but this seems a bit much, to ask me not to die in a souls game or be punished harder. I guess I'll just do a 50% HP run?

Can I complete all covenant quests while banned?

I did appeal to be unbanned on Remastered (Steam)

But I'm wondering if they don't reply, will I still be able to legally complete all the covenant quests that involve multiplayer? Are there enough banned players in DS1 for that to happen?
