Blood pressure under control

Blood pressure under control

So, over the last eight months, I've lost nearly three stone by eating better and doing the gym four times a week. I am also physically active at work and I've stopped eating crap food.

Now that my blood pressure is under control from constantly being around 150 over 95. My doctor has told me I am now having to deal with high cholesterol.

It's just one thing after another at the moment. I have no idea what to eat to get my cholesterol in check. I would be happy to hear any ideas what I could eat, especially around my lunchtime.

Slow browsing

Hi

Anyone else noticed on toob slow web browsing web pages literally taking over 5 to 10 seconds to load? My speeds are fine but the web browsing is slow. Just wondering if there is any workaround. I am not using the toob router, I am using my own.

I was daft to renew my SIM only with these idiots

So today I was working and I used my phone for work and I got this text message off Vodafone stating that they are making changes that I apparently requested. I did not request anything from them. This is the third time now they have disconnected my number and I've had to raise complaints to get it rectified. I think I might just get my number reactivated and take the PAC code and go somewhere else. They are really doing my head in at the moment and I'm sick of speaking to overseas call centres.

2.5gb internet plan upload is always lower than download

Hi,

I've recently upgraded my broadband to 2.3 Gbps. I get the 2.3 Gbps on download, but the upload is a lot lower. My son's PC gives him 2.3 up and down. Is there any reason why this is happening constantly? I've gone through settings like turning off Green Ethernet and disabling Energy-Efficient Ethernet, but the problem still happens for me.drivers are up to date

EE closed down my fault ticket

Hi,

EE are good to deal with as they use English call centers, but I'm fuming they closed my fault ticket down as rectified because a broadband expert came to my home and didn't find anything. He was a nice bloke and ordered me a new Hub 7 Pro, but apart from that, didn't do anything else as my speeds were good when he came, which I can respect, being in telecoms myself.

I got the new router last night, and the same issue occurred again: speeds dropping intermittently. The way I see it, the issue isn't fixed. Are they trying to dodge the 30-day fix time for me to leave penalty-free?

EE WiFi 7 booster terrible speeds

I've got my booster paired in the app I get normal speeds on my phone 1.4gb download and 110 upload from the hub as soon as I go upstairs and my phone connects to the booster the internet is really slow, video buffers and web pages open slowly

Anyone else had any problems with these EE WiFi 7 boosters im tempted to invest in my own router and booster to be honest I need the booster to work properly as I have wireless cameras at the back of the house which stream in 4k

Pixel watch 4 HR Glitch

Does anyone notice a glitch with the HR for example I'll walk to the bathroom heart rate will go to 85BPM I sit down it drops to 60 within half a minute I look at the watch it jumped to 85 then back down to it's true HR straight away

I know it's the watch because I've tested it with a Pulse Oximeter and that doesn't jump up for a split second and come back down apart from that excellent watch

3rd party ink

Hi

I have a cheap Epson printer which does the job but I've bought two lots of ink one off eBay and the other off Amazon and both are saying ink cartridges do not support red X's on the ink levels

Is there a way to get around this so the printer detects them or can someone tell me where they got theirs from which work

My model is XP-2100 Series
