I’m talking specifically around ATHs. I scalp spy options and I just couldn’t muster the courage to ride the trend up while we’re so close to ATH. I know market just goes up but I kept looking to short smh. I didn’t even see a decent pullback confirmation on my end to jump on the train.
I spent around 1200$ on evals mostly on top step. Then moved to lucid and managed to get max payout from a single account. Took me like a month between eval and funded to secure the payout. I trade 1 ES contract and mostly asia session.
Anyways, decided to copy trade 5 accounts and told myself I would take it slow af but idk what happened, the very first day of the eval I ended red smh. I think it might be ny session that killed me.
Took the weekend to calm my head down and today during NY session managed to breakeven.
I should have held longer on that drop but whatever, I was trading out of fear I guess.
I think I need to stick to Asia.

Wife and I have been on Zillow almost everyday, going to open houses on our own and doing heavy research on everything.
We do have an agent who should send us the same houses we are looking at on Zillow. Sometimes he will send houses after we have already been to an open house lol.
Anyways, last month we asked him to book a showing for us. We went and he was praising the house a lot. It was beautiful. Tall af ceilings, I loved it.
So we said we consider placing an offer but want to sleep on it first. He said everything looks good, great house, great neighborhood schools blah blah. I already knew this.
Then in the evening I do not research and notice that the house was on sale, 2 months ago, went to pending, then back on market, then price drop. Also, the buyers bought the house last year and selling now. So I asked him to find out what happened. Is it a fix and flip,? What happened to the last deal?
Apparently the previous buyer canceled deal because of foundation issues.
I'm disappointed my agent didn't do this due diligence or they knew but they wanted to get paid.
So now tell me why the f do I need a buyer's agent? I really don't care for the "buyer's agent has your interest in mind" because no they don't. They all want to make money. Can't trust any of them no matter how great the reviews are.
I was so naive thinking the house is too small with old carpeting, high taxes. Wow the competition is insane. Also, I might need a new agent. He just asked me how much to offer, didn't know I could add terms as that. I would have waived the inspection as well.

We're planning to schedule a showing for this house marked on the image. I'm the listing images they tried to hide the apartment complex in the back. I found that shady. After doing further research it seems that the only way to get to that apartment building is through this dirt road on the left on the property. Also it seems to be connected with a gate in the back. How would you feel about this? They've already dropped the price 20k. I like the property but concerned that the renters in the back might not be too nice.
