Hi! I’m disabled and have chronic pain and NEED to start eating better. I want to cook meals for myself but struggle with using knives (joint pain) and standing by the stove. I’m heading to Aldi today and have zero ideas for things I can make for dinner. Looking for veggie loaded options to help my gut. If you have ideas I’d be very grateful as I’m so exhausted and cannot think of anything. Much love 🧡

The main door locks which is great but the screen security door does not. We have gang activity in our area with firearms and cars being stolen all over the place but RE doesn’t see this as an urgent concern. First week of moving in there were teenagers trespassing on our driveway so we had to chase them off ourselves. We moved from Geelong to get away from drug violence that was happening on our street, just to end up in a home with a dealer for a neighbour (just our luck).
Also my dishwasher isn’t connected with pipes to anything so I have to hand wash with a brand new dishwasher sitting right beside me that I can’t use. The amount of emails I’ve sent is ridiculous but ofc nothing is being done.
Just venting because I can and the rental market is a joke. Wish me luck to avoid getting broken into till they finally fix the door 🤞

I’m waiting to go in for surgery, and I’ve had some major life traumas in the past months where I had to flee my town and my home due to violence. I’m SO PROUD OF MYSELF for getting this surgery and being as brave as I have been to get to this point. I nearly gave up multiple times but I’m still here and about to have less pain in my life finally
