Its been a couple days unfortunately 😢 I had a bad reaction to medication and had to take a bit of time out. Im back at it and went for 2 walks today to make up for it! Warm and sunny today 😎

Cant believe I've done 15 days! Might not seem a lot but I've been struggling with agoraphobia and panic disorder and since my grandma passed I havent been able to be consistent with my exposure therapy. Here's to another 15 days! Thanks for all your support 🥰
