Tall but still smaller tent recs?

Okay I know the title sounds weird but I'm looking for a tent that is tall but not necessarily huge or anything. Obviously I expect it to be a little wider and fit more people due to that but I don't need a 6 person tent or anything.

I had a spinal fusion surgery when I was younger and have T1-L2 fused. Basically, most of my spine is fused with titanium rods and this section of my spine can't move. It doesn't typically affect me until I go camping, it can be kinda difficult to get out of one or two person tents comfortably with that limited range of motion. If I can stand up, not even fully but just squat lower to get out it helps a lot with my balance since my center of gravity is weird.

I'm not a backpacker, I prefer basecamping, so it doesn't have to be light. I'm 62 inches tall, but can crouch or squat a bit for getting out purposes so would be comfortable going up to probably a foot shorter. Current tent is 43 inches and I've admittedly fallen forward multiple times trying to go pee at night lol. Before my spinal fusion this wasn't an issue so I think I just need something more adaptive.

Let me know if you know of anything that fits the bill.

Cajun soy curls and noochy grits

My first time actually cooking with soy curls, though I've eaten them before. Got the 12 pound box and split among some vegan friends.

Was surprised to find accidentally vegan keto hotdog buns that don't taste horrible. I'm not keto I love carbs just wanted a high protein snack. Could use a nice drag through the garden tbh.
