What advice would you give to your younger self?

Ignore all of this guys ( had to write it because of the minimum word limit) dhjdskskenssnsjsjssbsnsns

advice would you give to your younger self? If you could go back to any moment in your life and sit down with the person you were then, what would you tell them? Would you tell them to stop worrying so much about what other people think? To take more risks? To leave someone sooner? To believe in themselves a little more? Maybe you’d tell them that the things they were stressing about wouldn’t matter as much as they thought they would. Or maybe you’d remind them that they didn’t need to have everything figured out so early in life. Think about the version of yourself who was younger, more uncertain, and still figuring things out. What do you wish they had known? What mistake could you have avoided if you had heard the right advice at the right time? And most importantly, what would you tell them today?

How did you move on from a bad phase of your life? It could be anything like a career, relationship etc

How did you move on from a bad phase of your life? It could be a relationship, career or anything.

It could have been anything a difficult relationship, career problems, losing someone, financial struggles, feeling completely lost, or just going through a period where nothing seemed to be working out.

What actually helped you get through it?

Was it time, changing your environment, meeting new people, therapy, focusing on yourself, finding a new purpose, or simply accepting that some things were out of your control?

I’m especially interested in hearing from people who genuinely felt stuck for a long time but eventually managed to get themselves out of that phase.

What was the turning point for you? Was there a specific moment, realization, or decision that helped you move forward?

Would love to hear your stories, even if they’re messy or unconventional.
