What’s one thing that instantly makes you respect a colleague?

For me, it’s not always about how skilled or experienced someone is. Sometimes, it’s the small things like being respectful, helping someone without being asked, giving credit to others, or simply being kind on a difficult day.

What about you?

I want you to settle this debate!

Chilli momos on the plate… and now I have questions!

If you’re a vegetarian, tell me honestly:
1. Chilli momos or steamed momos?
2. Spicy or extra spicy?
3. Red chutney or mayo?
4. With onion & capsicum or plain?
5. What’s your favourite vegetarian momo filling?

And the most important question…
How many momos can you finish in one sitting?

Girls, what’s your superpower? 💅

Maybe it’s confidence.
Maybe it’s kindness.
Maybe it’s knowing exactly what you want.
Or maybe it’s simply being unapologetically YOU.

Starting yoga and looking for advice 🧘‍♀️

I’m fairly new to yoga and trying to make it a consistent part of my routine rather than something I do for a few days and then stop.

For those who have practiced yoga for a while: what actually helped you stay consistent?

Also, did you notice changes in your flexibility, strength, sleep, stress, or overall mindset after a few months?

Would love to hear about your experiences, especially things you wish you knew when you were starting.

What are some things that genuinely helped you heal?

I’m looking for more than the usual “stay busy” advice. What little habits or routines helped you get through the difficult days and slowly feel like yourself again?

Did things like yoga, journaling, working out, travelling, spending time alone, therapy, or simply changing your daily routine help?

Would love to hear what actually worked for you — and what you wish you had done differently.

How do you make golgappe at home? 😋

I’m craving golgappe and want to try making them at home!

Can someone please share a foolproof recipe for crispy, perfectly puffed golgappe? Especially the tips for getting them to puff up properly.

Also, do you make them with suji only or suji + maida/atta?

Would love your best recipes and tips!

A reminder for anyone going through a difficult phase in life.

Being strong doesn’t mean you never break down.

Sometimes being strong means waking up when you don’t feel like it, doing what needs to be done, and continuing even when nobody knows how difficult it has been for you.

You don’t have to explain your struggles to everyone.

You don’t have to pretend everything is perfect.

And you don’t have to figure out your entire life today.

Take things one day at a time.
Protect your peace.
Stay close to the people who genuinely care about you.
Focus on what you can control.
Rest when you need to.

And remember that a difficult chapter is still just a chapter.

**You can be tired and still be strong.**
**You can be scared and still keep going.**
**You can have bad days and still be making progress.**

If you’re silently going through something right now, I hope you make it through.

**What helps you stay strong when life gets overwhelming?**

A pocket-sized bouquet from the Himachal hills 🌼

No filters needed—just wildflowers, pine forests, and mountain peace. Himachal never fails to surprise me with its quiet beauty.
