Hi guys after doing alot of research i found that Santa Rosa California will be the best place for me to move with my wife. Overall i like the vibe , the weather, and i found some decently priced homes in the area. I also plan on visiting soon to see everything in person. Being someone from Phoenix Arizona, is there anything i should know before i come here ? Also is there any parts of Santa Rosa that are dangerous? I see that this city ranks higher than most bigger cities when it comes to safety so i like that alot but i just still want to be cautious. As well as work, do you guys work in Santa Rosa or do you have to commute somewhere else?Thank you !

In the 6 months ive been trying to sell my stuff, ive sold every single item (10+) on Facebook marketplace . I cross post to both platforms, same price , photos , and description. The only messages i get on offerup are terrible lowballs, and scams. FB isnt perfect but ive met way more serious trustworthy buyers on there .

Context: I currently dont have my bachelors but will soon in about 2 years. I am a "Student Financial Representative" . My duties at my job consist of giving financial estimates to prospective students ( Basically how much school will cost them etc) I explain to them options like loans and contracts as well as grants. I am also part of a different department that packages students . I set up their monthly payments with qualifying interest rates, package cosigners if needed, i process down payments. There is alot of customer service, math , and team work in this job. But will all of this be good enough to start an actual financial career once i get my degree or should i do something else ?

Just not sure which is the smarter move after the bachelors. BACKGROUND: Currently getting a bachelors of science in finance at WGU, and i prefer living on the west coast (California Oregon Arizona ETC) Im looking to achieve 6 figure careers and more if possible . I am familiar with the concept of target schools but i dont know too much about it. I just know im not bent on becoming an investment banker so thats why i didnt think of going to Harvard or MIT

As the title states, I bought a mid-priced (<200$) desk chair a few months ago, and my morbidly obese coworker sits in it every chance he gets - while I’m on break and when I leave. The chair now squeaks badly and IDK what to say or do without sounding discriminatory or insensitive. I, myself, am 5’2 and 110lbs. He’s always making fun of my weight, telling me to eat fast food, saying I only weigh 10lbs, will blow away, etc. (why does it feel like body shaming only applies to overweight individuals?). How can i handle this professionally?

Searching for one on google is an absolute nightmare because of the way companies market their TVs. I think i find a good 120hz TV but then i see the refresh rate was marketed as a "motion rate" and turns out its actually just 60hz. And the ones that do have 120hz , cant do it at 4k, only 1080p.

Hi , so just as the text says , my wife completely refuses to let me touch her phone. Right now i asked to borrow her phone because my facebook marketplace isnt working and i saw a good deal and wanted to message the seller. I sent her the post and asked to borrow her phone to message the seller on her phone and she completely refused and said that i need to respect her privacy and she doesnt want me touching her stuff because “its her stuff”. The most recent time i saw her phone all her apps were blocked with a Face ID like Facebook, Instagram, etc. Now keep in mind anytime she needs my phone for something i always give it to her and my apps are not blocked. So AIO by thinking that shes taking it way too far ?
