Has it been reported anywhere N64 boxes’ size can vary slightly ? (for the same region, I mean)

I recently bought some N64 CIB games, and when I went to put them in Crystal Boxes, I noticed one of the boxes was slightly smaller than the others (Ocarina of Time, to be precise) because there was a little bit of space inside.

I should mention all Crystal Boxes are exactly the same size, of course.
