There’re still in pretty good shape, but I’d like to recoat them before they need a full sanding.

What abrasive screen and what machine would be the best for me to use?

Also, to complicate things a bit, my wife has used a variety of floor polishes over the years. Should I wipe them down with denatured alcohol before and after screening?

I’d like to recoat with a water base, so what product and applicators are recommended.

I see them for sale at the big box stores but I don’t see them on job sites.

Just had all the wood floors refinished in a house we just bought. Now all the walls, doors and mouldings are coated in a very fine (almost invisible) dust.

What’s the best plan to get this all cleaned up. The entire house was repainted about a month ago.

Never used BM Aura in Matte, and Monday I’m painting it on the walls in a kitchen and bathroom.

Should all the joint compound spots and drywall repairs be spot primed with PVA primer. We’ll be using BM Regal Select as the top coats. Thanks!
