At school I have an IEP, (individual education plan) and I always feel some sort of embarrassment or shame for having one. I'm 16 and a junior, and I have to take the disability bus, I need to go to resource classes, and teachers treat me differently. I hate feeling so different than everybody else. It sometimes feels like teachers talk down to me or treat me like I can't be independent because of my IEP. I hate it and it's something I can't even control.

School starts in 10 days and I have a sensitive tummy and irregular/unpredictable bowels. How can I make the day manageable?

I can't even go on a thirdy minute fuckin drive without feeling nauseous and anxious about being away from available bathrooms. I'm always constantly nauseous and thinking about my stomach and having to poop. I either have a normal shit or watery acidic diarrhea for no apparent reason. If I'm gonna be out all day, I practically have to starve myself so I don't feel I'll and have diarrhea, no matter how little I eat. I'm always hungry or extremely full and lethargic. And my chronic anxiety and PTSD makes it all worse (that literally why I have IBS)
