I’m kind of on a low budget and saw good reviews on the panoxyl just want to know if there is a big difference between them

My skin conditions are:

sebaceous filaments on nose
Closed comedones on forehead
And combination skin

For my routine:

One of the two products I mentioned——>centella soothing cream {night}

A gentle non comedogenic cleanser——>the centella cream {morning}

Plus I need a cleanser, not a complicated one just a simple one to strip off the oils that build up in the morning

I will put the pictures of them too and tell me the better and affordable one

PC is a lil bit too expensive for me

And i saw panoxyl has got almost the same ingredients

I have closed comedones on forehead and clogged pores on nose plus combination skin

Before you tell me to order online, I don’t want to
