I've been trying to delete my EA games app on my MacBook, but every time I do it just reinstalls itself.

I've also tried clearing my trash can after I delete it.

Every single time it reinstalls itself within about half an hour, but can sometimes take up to a day.

What the heck is happening?

I'm thinking of getting a physarum, but I'd need a setup that would work for me.

• shouldn't be too prone to mold/bacteria growth
• very little having to move the physarum between enclosures
• should be able to last a week without checks

Does anyone know any existing setup designs like this or will I have to design it myself?

I'm thinking of asking my parents if I can get a physarum, but I'm not sure if they'd let me at first.

does anyone know some reasons that physarum make good pets that could convince my parents?

I've been thinking about getting a slime mold, and I've been wondering if I need to use a substrate like filter paper or agar.

I'm asking this, because lots of guides say to use these substrates, but there's also things like the Slime-O worlds where it's just 3D printed and you mist it every day.

My theory is that Scratch made the brain scanner because he had cancer and knew how much help he would be to the company if he had more time, so he made a brain scanner to preserve a copy of his brain before he died.

Then, he died, leaving the company with a brain scanner that gave scans none of them had any idea of how to use, because Scratch died before he could tell them how they are used.

I’ve been thinking of getting into falconry, and I’ve been doing a lot of research.

I recently discovered that corvids and birds of prey do not like each other and attack one another every so often.

My problem is that the only place I could keep a bird of prey is my garden, and I feed corvids in front of my house every day.

Is it still possible to get a bird of prey and keep it and my corvids safe from each other?

Would like to know if anyone has been in sum situation.

I've been thinking of getting some chickens for my back yard, and I've been doing research on what they need.

I stumbled upon the Eglu coops, but they don't meet the requirements that the RSPCA website said that pet chickens should have for their coops.

Are RSPCA standards too high for pet chickens, or is it that Eglu coops aren't good enough?

I'm thinking of getting some Buff Orpingtons to keep as pets in my back yard.

I live in Scotland.

So, I was listening to book 3 in bed, when I accidentally fell asleep.

I woke up again to find that they were holding a funeral for Jason.

I later re-listened to the chapters I missed and found out he was fighting the builder and then threw threw himself off a building to beat the builder.

I honestly felt kind of disappointed that I got completely spoiled because I accidentally fell asleep.

A while ago, I would spend at least 10+ hours a day gaming, and it felt good.

But the problem was, I would feel the need for more once I stopped.

I thought it was just a problem with all games, but then I just realised it was just the competitive ones for me, and Sims 4.

I decided to give all my competitive multiplayer games to charity, delete Sims 4, and only play relaxing, mindful games instead, like outer wilds and similar ones.

Through this, I managed to cut my time spent on games to an average of 20 minutes a day, with my maximum being 1 hour occasionally.

I have a Drosera aliciae.

I recently went on holiday, and everything was fine.

The plant was a nice red, it was healthy, etc.

I put my grow light on a timer, so that it would give it 12 hours of light a day (the next setting was 16 hours of light), then came back to find that at least 7 developing leaves were partially burnt, two leaves had mould on them (a small patch of mould on each leaf) and lots of the leaves had lost the red colour.

I have had it on fourteen hours of light for the past month now, and it still hasn't gotten most of it's red back, and the dew has started to disappear.

What can I do to help it?

I have a Drosera aliciae.

It recently has started flowering, but it stopped producing dew when the flowers opened.

Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

I'm going to be GMing soon, and I'm looking for any mapping tool recommendations.

I cannot afford to spend any money on it.

edit: when I say mapping tool I mean a method of just tracking characters on the map, that is it. I don't need to decorate it and stuff.

My family and I were peddle boating at Center Parcs Whinfell Forest when we saw a Heron sitting on a guard rail stopping people from falling into the lake.

We decided to get a closer look, so we peddle boated towards it slowly.

It didn't fly away.

We got to about 1 meter away, when it started looking pointing directly at us and started to slowly spread it's wings.

We started peddling away, then it jumped off and started flying.

It didn't attack us though, it just ended up flying into the nearby water plants and grabbed a frog.

Most terrifying and funny moment of my life that involved a bird.

I am trying to set up a Steam account, but at the email stage, whenever I press continue, it unticks the captcha and acts like I never ticked it in the first place.

I am not sure if this is a bug with my browser or with Steam.

I have tried with the Steam app and website, and I am not using a VPN.

I have pressed continue at least 20 times now on the app and the website and it has unticked the captcha, and acted as if I haven't ticked it in the first place.

So I've been feeding the local corvids for about three months now.

Yesterday, I went out to feed them, and I saw my favourite magpie pair, Fluffy and Scar (named them that because Scar has a scar on one side of their face and when Fluffy is staying still, their feathers puff out), were in their usual spot, except this time, there were fledglings with them.

At first, I didn't realise that they were fledglings, but when I got a closer look I saw that they were.

I'm pretty sure those two fledglings belonged to Fluffy and Scar, so I have just realised how much they must trust me.

edit: I didn't realise this sub is mainly meant for Australian magpies, I'm talking about eurasian magpies since I'm in the UK

So I've been feeding the local crows for about 3-4 months now, and they've started warming up to me.

Thing is, there is this person in the neighbourhood who throws out a lot of food, so a bunch of seagulls are usually at her house trying to get into her trash.

She found out that I feed the local crows, and is now telling me to stop, because her car is "covered in bird poop".

This bird poop, as you might have guessed, is seagull poop and most likely pigeon, as she scares off crows that come near her house.

The crows know not to go near here house, yet she is saying that me feeding the crows is the reason her car has so much bird poop on it.

what can I do?

My house is the only place the crows know I frequent and they aren't to a level where they follow me from my house yet.

edit: when I say "my house" I mean my garden, and the street just in front of my house, but even then the street is multiple houses away from her's

I've been wondering this for a while, as if Jake's avatar was around the age of a late teenager (18 or 19) when he rode in on tour in the first film, that might've been quite astonishing for the other Na'vi to see someone that young become Toruk Makto, or maybe not because I have no idea about some aspects of Na'vi culture.
