Which supplement to feel fresh and motivated after sleep?
I sleep almost 8 hours everyday and still i feel tired, unmotivated, sleepiness and wanting to sleep more feeling etc..
Is there any supplements that i can take to overcome this? I have heard magnesium but i dont know which form to take or whether it is the right supplement
Note: I take 200mg L theanine during day time to help with anxiety. Not sure whether this is causing so long duration sleep?
