Horizontally-embossed Hutchinson with winged wheel. 'Clark Bros Toronto Trade Mark,' stylized 'C Bros' on the base. I don't know if this is really an aqua; it's more blueish than greenish. What do you all think?

I bought my 08 two years ago with about 140k on it. Since then it has been stored outside and I've put about 7k miles on it. Over the last year, I have noticed the rubber that insulates the plastic faring from the metal rear fender has been working its way out. Has this happened to anyone else?
