my face looks chubby and bloated in pictures but i'm pretty skinny and have visible abs and defined quads and glutes. my arms are slightly big but that's bc one is partially paralyzed and i cant lift with them. i used to run 6 times a week, 30 miles and my face was super skinny then. now im like how do i lose face fat when i cant run anymore, im thinking stairmaster.
