Third person action games with a good story? (Melee based would be preferred but non melee would do as well) (No First person games though).

Games that I liked:

  1. GOW (both 2018 and Ragnarok)

  2. AC Black Flag Resynced

  3. Spiderman (1 and Miles Morales, will try the second one next)

  4. Witcher 3

  5. Batman Arkham (all)

  6. Uncharted 4

  7. Mass Effect (haven't played Andromeda yet)

Games that I didn't like:

  1. Horizon Zero Dawn (played it for like 3 hours and it was so bland)

  2. Assassin's Creed Post Origins (too bloated)

Basically games where there's a good amount of dialogue.

How does this game fare against God of War? Point in the line...

Hello! I just completed God of War Ragnarok and I was looking for a new story heavy game. I saw Horizon Zero Dawn in my Steam library but never got around to playing it because my friends called it a glorified Ubisoft game.

I don't mind open world games but I hate the ones that fill the entire map with icons and repetitive side quests (I hated this about Ghost of Tsushima) so does this game have the same issue?

x [----GOW---- CP77--------- GOT -------------- AC ODYSSEY-----------------------AC VALHALLA-----] Y

Where would you place Horizon Zero Dawn (and Forbidden West) on this line?

X: the game has a great main story with minimal to no repetitive side quests.

Y: the game is extremely bloated even if you only do the story content.

Thanks!

[M20] Can't get enough protein, how to reduce muscle loss during my weight loss journey?

I weigh 91.2KG and my height is 5'10 and in an average day I can only manage to get around 40-50gm of protein.

Whey and almost every protein product is insanely expensive and I can't afford them as a student.

I can't spend much on gym equipment either so can somebody tell me some calisthenics to prevent such loss? I only have two 3kg dumbbells. There are no gyms nearby either, there's only one but it's hella expensive.

I'm currently eating about 2k calories daily and my main ways of exercise are waking and rope skipping but I'm hoping to transition into calisthenics.

Thanks!

Is it possible to get 990 Anniversary Tickets to be able to claim this chest without spending on Wild Cores?

Is there a place to copy builds from? Something like Fextralife (minus the bad builds)?

This is my second playthrough of the game (abandoned the last run in Act 2 years back).

Since then I have played many CRPGs and because I'm using the party expanded mod I picked tactician mode thinking that it'd balance things out but I'm getting my guts rearranged even at Fort Joy.

The character building is rather head scratching and it's making the game less enjoyable for me.

I'm playing with all 6 origin companions with Lohse being my main character.

My desired team comp:

Lohse: Necromancer

Sebille: Rogue

Beast: Warrior (with some magic abilities)

Ifn: Ranger

Red Prince: Pyro/Geo Mage

Fane: Pyro/Geo Mage

Thanks!!!

Are these derma rollers bad/ineffective? Bought this just a few days ago and today I was watching a YT video where the guy said that these stainless steel ones can be more harmful and that the ones with titanium needles should be preferred. So should I buy a titanium one or am I okay with these?

Is this game playable on an iGPU?

I played this game on cloud gaming but the plan has now expired and I was hoping to able to continue playing on my laptop. Legit the only game where I was able to build anything remotely beautiful.

Specs:

i3-1305U

8GB RAM

Thanks!

Looking for linear third person action games like 007 First Light and Quantum Break. Preferably modern (2018 or later).

Really tired of open world games and I'm craving something linear.

Games that I have played: 007 First Light, Quantum Break, TLOU Part 1, Hi Fi Rush, and then some....

Thanks!

EDIT: Doesn't have to be a shooter, melee based will do too.

Will I able to handle Metro Exodus if I found Bioshock 1 and some parts of Witcher 3 to be very scary?

Basically any game where I don't have a companion of sorts I find scary. So is Artyom alone for most parts of the game?

Thanks!

Can Minoxidil be used without a prescription? If not, then can I use this instead?

I talked to a doctor and he did confirm that I have a receding hairline but because I wasn't the main patient (I accompanied my aunt who was the actual patient) he didn't give me a prescription.

Xcloud causing my controller's right trigger to malfunction, any solutions?

So the problem I'm facing is that sometimes the RT keeps giving input even after I've stopped pressing on the trigger. Reconnecting the controller seems to fix the issue but it's happening only when gaming via xCloud.

I have tried to recreate this error on local games but I haven't been able to and that leads me to believe that xCloud is the actual culprit.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Right Trigger keeps giving inputs even after I have stopped pressing it. However the problem fixes itself upon reconnecting the controller.

Any solutions? I have opened up the controller before and it solved the issue for 2-3 days but it keeps coming back. It's a third party xbox 360 gamepad (Redgear Pro Series Wired).

Platform is PC (tried on both xCloud and local games via Steam).

Thanks!

Looking for an earphone around 1.2k INR. Any suggestions?

I already have a good pair of headphones for music but it gets unbearably sweaty and hot during summers so I'm looking for an earphone for daily use.

Type C earphones and Neckbands are preferred but I'm open to anything.

Please don't suggest anything beyond 1.5k. Thank you!

Is the non-lyrical version of Cover the moon when I'm gone available anywhere?

I completed the game today, went with the >!shootout!< ending and that music was so fucking good, please I'm craving more so does anybody have that version of the song?

The mid game was kinda slow but the whole last act ,i.e the >!shrine!< segment was spine chillingly good. A solid 8.5/10 game.

Thanks!

Which mission is the point of no return?

Is it "Make a deal with transnational capital" or "The worth of a heart"?

I'm currently on route to talk to the bagman (I managed to not lose the disk during the silo attack).

After the bagman section should I make the deal first or should I proceed to Foto 24 with Hauzman?

I have recruited Karolina, Holocene, Ramses, Pseudopod and Kaleidoscope is on standby.

How to catch the bowl as the bowler if the fielder throws it towards us in Cricket 24?

There doesn't seem to be a way to do anything, the bowler automatically runs towards the wickets instead of running towards the trajectory of the bowl and there doesn't seem to be a button to catch it manually.

It's so frustrating.

[KCD2] How many fps does KCD 2 get on Xbox Cloud gaming?

It's very warm here and I don't have an AC in my college dorm so I can't play the game locally. So I was hoping to be able to play on cloud gaming.

Thanks!

How does plan upgradation work on Airtel Xstream Fiber?

I already have a 40mbps plan currently but I'll need 100mbps for the next month (and only for the next month), will it be a hassle to change plans back and forth?
