I tried something different. I used a cast iron skillet, but on the grill. I used a torch to sear it as well as the cast iron. I used a fan to blow full force for 3 hours beforehand to dry it. (After drying it with paper towels)

The bigger ribeye is from a local farm, the other one is from Walmart, but the fancier pre-packaged ones.

The real money shot is at the end.

I marinated a flank steak for 72 hours in teriyaki, Cherry juice, and root beer. I used a torch to sear it.

72 hour marinated flank steak. I used a torch to finish the sear while it was on the grill.

My daughter is about to turn 13. I've been teaching her and her friends to watch out for 'manosphere language' and to treat it like a gigantic red flag. What else should I teach her in this regard?

I'm a 47 year old father of two, and I'm a feminist and ally. (I've been protesting for LGBTQ+ and women's rights since the early 90s)

What do you ladies recommend?

She's 13 and identifies as bi.

My new haul from the local farmer. (I also got 5lbs of ground) The ribeyes are 1.5" thick. The flank steaks are mostly about 2lbs. I'm so excited.
