I have three small kids and a very busy schedule, sometimes last minute things happen. I don’t do it a lot but I feel really bad about it so I let the teachers always keep the credits.
Teachers, how do you feel about this? Student misses class last minute but you keep the credits.
I have an LLC that does well on eBay, I have my own website but I don’t really use it because social media and Google advertising was costing too much, whatever lol.
Anyways, I applied for eBay live and was told I’ll probably get approved because my seller rating is excellent and I’m a registered business. While I wait I’ve been testing out whatnot a little bit.
I’ve bought on whatnot a few times in the past, like two years ago but I haven’t used it since. Honestly, whatnot is a little shady to me lol. I started selling on there though and I did okay for a 30 min show.

I left Publix almost 10 years ago and while I miss it a lot, I wanted to share the wages of what wages are at a unionized store. No it’s not a high cost of living area, that argument is bullshit. We have associates working there getting really good money because even after you get top of scale you get raises.
I was a full time kool aid drinking associate that was making a career and moving up with Publix quite fast, but being in a union is so much better.
I’ve been in retail, management and sales for twenty years storefront. Ecom is definitely different in ways and I started by business in January yet there’s no consistency lol. I understand as a newer store it doesn’t just automatically happen, it takes time.
But, I’m trying to figure out the sales patterns and it’s so much different. It’s like the mid of the month is dead then all of a sudden the last week I get busy and make good sales. Every month seems different but that’s been the average so far.
Then days of the week. Fridays have been DEAD to me until this month, Fridays are payday for alot of people so I kind of get it. My main days seem to be Monday-Wednesday though.
How, when or even if there will be consistency? I’m small scale but so far I love Ecom, definitely better than storefront imo
So here’s the current meds I’m on, Vyvanse 70mg, bupropion 20mg, and fluoxetine 60mg. That’s what I’ve been on for almost two years and all’s been good. My DR had me try Buspirone 10mgs 2x/day two weeks ago and I took it for five days. I stopped taking it last Monday.
I decided to go off of it because I was having horrible thoughts about myself the first couple hours it kicked in. Ever since then, my mind has been completely fucked up and I can’t tell if it’s that or seasonal depression kicking in. But I’ve been going back and forth between having really bad depression days and being normal.
Anyone have experience with Buspirone before?

I’ve been on the late 80s- early 90s era and picked these up. I got the Xforce 11 for $35, so I couldn’t pass that up having it be slabbed.
I’ve been told by a lot of Latinos that I sound Dominican and I have no idea how that happened lol. I grew up in a Dominican and Puerto Rican city (Lawrence, MA iykyk) and I did date a Dominican girl for two years in high school, but that was almost 20 years ago and I moved away a long time ago.
Would I sound Dominican because I grew up around it? I know the answer would be obvious but it’s been so long since I’ve lived there.
I don’t try to have any accent or anything, I just speak how I speak.
I paused my Shopify store because it was costing so much money. Not just Shopify but the meta and Google ads were very expensive and I wasn’t getting profit. Since mid July I’ve been selling only on eBay and it’s been great honestly. I don’t advertise anymore and the fees aren’t that bad now.
I sell product a lot faster too and I don’t have to deal with the headache of meta or google ads. However, as a registered business, I feel like this is a sign of failure. It’s okay to sell exclusively on eBay right?

I have a Roth that isn’t my main retirement. I have two pensions and a 401k with my second job.
I put in about $100/mo in my Roth and bought fairly conservative investments but recently said “F it” and put everything I have into GOOG. I know it’s not wise to have one stock, and I’ll diversify a bit more later on but wow, im already up almost 10% since yesterday lol.
Is there an argument against Google? I can’t think of any reason I would sell
I own a business and I am by no means perfect. I’ve been doing sales, retail, management and corporate work for 20 years working for companies like Disney and Publix. Again, I’m not perfect or the best by any means but I really get second hand embarrassment from the sellers on Whatnot. These business owners are literally screaming and talking down to their customers.
“Alright chat seriously, you need to start bidding higher or else I’m ending the show!!!!” “Chat you’re FLEECING ME right now!” “Come on chat let’s go chat come on!!!!” Sometimes they have a co host in the background yelling “come on chat!!!!!” Oh yeah, then the music in the background, Etc.
It’s so laughable, ridiculous and cringey. I know a few good whatnot sellers who are good people and know what they’re doing but good Lord I can’t believe people buy from whatnot, it’s like a bunch of gambling addicts.

I’ve reallocated my portfolio to single stocks mostly but I have $1600 to allocate but i can’t decide between $1000 in SCHD $600 in SCHY or just up my position with single stocks. I’m still 30 years to go until retirement
I have a registered LLC, sell online only and have my own website etc. eBay definitely has its issues and I’ve made mistakes if you’ve read my post from yesterday.
Honestly though, eBay is pretty great as a platform as it already drives buyers etc. I can’t sell everything on eBay because some distributors don’t allow third party selling, but it’s so much easier than running my own site spending hundreds of dollars on ads to my site, which isn’t a guaranteed sale.
Is it common for businesses to run solely on eBay? I understand why some would and I honestly might lol

Follow up. Okay here are the pictures from Jan 2026- Now. Is this normal? I feel like I’m paying way too many fees. This is just the product I’ve sold on eBay too, this is not counting my own website. Im a registered LLC and this is just a side job/hobby for me at the moment, but that’s all costs.
I felt like I was paying too much on advertising with my own site so I wanted to focus more on eBay.

I need a car asap and I’m looking at a 2014 Kia sorento tomorrow with 159k for $3000 after taxes etc. It’s in great condition but seems like a “too good to be true” situation. Is that a normal price? Works well
I posted this earlier and im not trying to play victim or anything like that. I rear ended someone and got into a serious accident. It was on a highway going into a construction zone where cars were bumper to bumper traffic. Everyone turned out okay with minor injuries and the person i hit in front of me went to the hospital in an ambulance. Three other cars got damaged as well, two minor and the other one kind of bad.
What do I do? I’m assuming I’m getting sued, so I ruined my life financially and I have a family. I do have insurance as well but it’s not good so I’m cooked.
So I have 25/50/25. Assuming I get sued and the bills exceed the amount insurance will pay out they can sue me, which if it comes to that I will file chapter 7 bankruptcy and the suing party gets nothing. It all goes away and I take a credit hit. So the other lawyers know this and just settle
