Meet my Flower Creature Art.
I find and press local flowers (or get free in swap) then using a background I’ve painted, I let the creature emerge. I don’t alter or paint the leaves other than snapping off stems or other stuff. I FIND the creatures. After they’ve emerged I UV spray & seal them & sell them framed behind plexi to further protect. Just opened Etsy Aug 24

This sub inspired my newest Flower creature!
Meet Invictus. I recently started making these Flora Creatures from flowers & leaves I’v found on sidewalks or, recently, a piece of my art for a florist’s waste flowers swap (so many freeee flowers) I was referred to this sub and immediately had an inspiration of yall. In flower form.
