I watched it after reading Into Thin Air and I liked it a lot but I see that the reviews are not as favorable as I thought

Tried my first 3.8lb Sir Charles
135F for 37 hours. Brisket rub from Texas Hogs. Air cooled in the fridge over night. Seared on an absolute ripping hot blackstone with avocado oil
It is pretty remarkable to eat medium rare, tender chuck roast. It does not taste like steak but very palatable and will be great for burritos and other recipes. It did yield a lot of fat that had to be trimmed out but it yielded at least 3lb of tender beef. It came out of the sous vide bag very dark and yielded 75% of a mason jar of bag juice. If I had to do this over again I would put it in the bag unseasoned or just salt

These chips are great!
I thought they were going to be spicy and I was nervous about buying a bag but I also had a good feeling seeing the Spain look. They have only a touch of heat that builds perfectly as you eat them, they are light and crispy, great salt level and great paprika flavor. If you see these give a bag a try

I’m a 33 year old guy who needs a book to get back into reading so I can connect with my book loving wife
My wife is an avid reader (she has an entire library upstairs) and I would like to share in her hobby. I’ve read books like The Road, The Heart In Winter and other heavy “man” books but I really just need a straight page turner than I don’t want to set down. I would like something fun and not cheesy.

A coworker who loves streetwear wore some tan, tissue box looking shoes into work a year or two ago and we roasted him so hard he sold them. (He was a good sport and laughed about it too) We were talking about it the other day and he will not tell us what shoes they were under any circumstances. Anyone have any ideas what they were?
