I did this concept art, and yes, that is a pirate, and behind her is a xenomorph.
(It’s an alien movie set in 1672 where a xenomorph finds itself on a very unlucky pirate ship)

Hi. So there’s this series on YouTube by this channel called “bog boy” and I feel he’s a very underrated YouTuber, and this series is something I feel everyone needs to see.
He’s making a movie called “big mountain”, and he’s made this really cool and charming series where he’s showing his creative progress in making the film.

This is just me ranting but I just really want to know if anyone else’s knows of this things existence? Because I hear no one talk about it

Hi. So lately I’ve realised I might really be attracted to either chubby or over weight women. Something about stomachs, thighs, and really full round figures just… does something to me.
And weirdly I find overly skinny women with tuns of makeup very unattractive. Like, I don’t see anything hot I’m starving yourself to death.
But weirdly I’m so skinny I’m pretty much a twink.

I think the reason I find it attractive is just… squish.
(This probably sounds weird, but i really wanted to just say it because I’ve been keeping it in me for so long)

Im getting into dc compacts, and I tried going into this story blind because I heard everyone loved this one… but I didn’t like it. It felt like it was written by someone who hates Batman but has never read a Batman comic, for people who hate Batman and have never read a Batman comic, and just say “Batman is an evil billionaire who beats up poor people”. Most of the time it just feels like they’ve only watched the movies and clips of the animated series, but doesn’t understand those clips:
Like the red dress he gives Harley wasn’t Batman giving her special treatment, it was him shaping how he believes anyone can change.
(also killer crock never through a rock at Batman that was Batman pretending to be killer crock)

And it wants me to empathise with joker, and see Batman has the villain who went too far, when I can see that this Batman has been driven over the edge, and has been driven over the edge BY joker. And joker has committed horrible crimes and has tortured and murdered children. So when joker goes same and is trying to take down Batman, I’m not routing for him.

But even though I hated it, there are parts I like:
The art is amazing, the stuff with altered is great, and the entirety of the last two issues are really enjoyable. With Batman and jack teaming up, and the big climax kinda felt like a movie(and that was fun). But I especially LOVED the scene of Batman reading Alfred’s letter to dick and Barbra. So the ending was good, only problem is that Batman forgives Gordon a little too quickly, but I don’t think they had enough time given how short single issues are.

But I think the real reason I didn’t like it is because I am VERY tired of deconstructions of superheroes. My introduction to comics was stuff like watchmen and the dark knight returns, and I think I’ve just gotten tired of “superheroes are the real problem and are dumb”, so this story just didn’t feel unique or clever to me. Does anything I’m saying make sense?
(Or maybe I’m dumb… yeah that’s probably it)

I can’t be the only one who’s noticed this, but I think our girl Gotouge may have a thing for muscular dudes

Hi! Recently I was in London, and I went to the Wes Anderson exhibition in the design museum, and I got to see the original puppets for the movie fantastic mr fox. I’m a big fan of the movie and stop motion in general, and this was a really cool experience.

Hello, artists! I’m a beginner artist(not really beginner because I’ve been drawing since I was two), and two years ago I drew Mitsuri eating noodles with spawn. I did the same the next year and the same this year, and it’s a great way to see how my art has improved in a very short period of time. And I think a piece of advice is draw the same thing once a year and see how you improved
