Would a hammer guillotine be more humane?

The guillotine was designed to be a humane way to execute someone and in many ways it's one of the more humane ways to kill someone however there are reports of the head still moving even after decapitation suggesting that the person in some way is still alive and conscious. Would a guillotine instead of decapitating someone's head instead instantly crush someone's head be more humane with this information in mind. Aside from being way more messy another problem is figuring out how to build a machine that thay reliability deliver the 1500 psi to crush a human skull.

How would nazi germany deal with france fleeing to Algeria?

If france instead of surrendering to germany in ww2 chose to continue the war from its colonies then how does the german military adapt to this situation? Would the axis invade french algeria in an attempt to knock them out of the war and protect Italian Lybia? What might that war plan entail or would hitler see africa as a lost cause with the French navy still able to make such an operation difficult and instead turn the military east and have operation barbarossa happen a little earlier?

Why won't my satellite states send troops?

Whenever i play as the lkmt, my satellite states don't move through my territory, instead they just hang around in their respective nations. Im using the lkmt rework submod so that might be a factor but how do I allow my satellite states military access?

Status of irregular infantry

This might be due to me using the lkmt rework submod submod, but in the division editor, there's no option to add irregular infantry since the hoi4 update. Is this a just a bug on my end or is this an issue for other?
