I just noticed many people who do ads ( or soc media ) jump from one job to another. In my career its also been the case.

It’s even good days when all day in officce is simply “too much”. And I am so irritable at home too. Like nobody can ask me anything, i’m just a grumpy grump.
Anyone can relate or give some reasonable wind-down advice?

Hey! Here’s the the thing. I’ve been 8 years in marketing and moved to b2b for agency. So far enjoying sales and usung marketing skills too. However, agency also sild marketing, ecom projects so it’s close to what I have done for many years in any case.
Now - having a new offer of manufacturer in design objects, so I will need to find retailers. I kind of like very much the novelty, new things etc. However, I never worked for a manufacturer.
Any advise on best ways to find clients? Before I used Meta ads, email etc. Just wondering if for retail I need to focus more on trade shows, Linkedin outreach, cold calls etc.
Any good experience stories or advise on how to handle most difficult part of the job would be helpful.

Most docs said - eat less sweets and gave some medicine. Now i’m starting to think there might be more deeper issues in this.

Would like to hear some stories. I just started to explore this now at 30+, but no diagnosis, just looking into it since therapist suggested, because I’m super sensitive person and struggle finding right fit in career even I got enough courage, cognitive abilities, education etc.
I’m not even that introvert, however constant social interactions really bothers me.
It feels i have no space to think.

First I will start with a 40 min webinar to tell about main features of this Claude Design tool, etc.
The interest seems to be there, already 25 people sign up in 3 days with low effort soc media promotion. (I have 500 followers only)
