Alert, Lucky or Tough?

Noob here, first campaign ever.

Currently building my Battle Master Fighter, my DM is running a Game of Thrones post Ice and Fire campaign and starting us out at level 5.

I'm stuck on which origin feat I want to take, hoping someone can steer me in the right direction which would be the most logical choice?

Right now my AC is 17 but I think my DM is going to give me some extra gold so I'm going to be able to bump that up to an 18. Strength is 18 and my Con is 16.

I'm leaning towards lucky but alert seems like a good option with Battle Master but then I'm worried about taking too much damage and considered tough.

Appreciate the feedback.

Looking for a custom printed mini.

Does anyone know where I can have someone custom print a mini for my campaign? I can't find anything online that meets what I'm looking for. Don't know if anyone here does custom work or know a place/person.

Dad's who only had one kid, do you regret not having more?

My fiancee recently gave birth to our baby boy, I love him to death and happy he's here. But one thing is that I never wanted a kid but that's how life goes, I also have a step daughter who is almost 6, so I pretty much have two kids. My fiancee has joint custody of her daughter so we have her half the week at a time.

I guess my question is, Dad's those of you that only had one kid or even one biological kid and a step child, did you regret not having another one or another biological kid of your own?

I don't think I want another kid but then I think about him not having a sibling around all the time, and I'm torn about what I want to do. My fiancee wants to try again once she's cleared to have one right away again (only if I want to) and her reason for that is her age. So essentially I have two months pretty much to decide if I want another kid or to get snipped.

Just looking for opinions on the matter from more experienced Dad's.

Gameboy style handheld for PS1/N64 games.

Since having my kid a few weeks ago, I find myself wanting to get back into all the old games I loved as a kid. Having a handheld seems like the logical solution for me but finding the right one is the question of century for me, as I'm new to all this.

Hoping you fine folks can help me find the perfect handheld to fit my needs. I'm preferably looking for a GB style handheld but I suppose I'm open to the deck style ones if it truly is a better option for what I'm looking for. I do prefer to have an analog stick as well.

Stop or keep going?

Should I keep breeding for S across the board or choose one of these ones? If so, which one? New to EV stuff.

About to be off work for two weeks, give me some ideas on what to smoke. Open to weird and creative things, I've done most normal BBQ, but want to broaden my horizons.

Does blended salsa freeze well?

I hate buying store bought salsa and I'm the only one that eats salsa in my house. If I made a batch and froze it in half pint containers, does it freeze well? I'd like to be able to keep some on deck for when I want some.

Making my plugs flush again

Just had some drywall in my garage done, unfortunately now the plugs and covers don't sit flush with each other. I tried loosening the outlets to bring them forward but it still looks like this and makes the outlets all loose. Any better way of fixing this?

Can we please get a patch to add more PC boxes?

You can't do a full live sex with amount of Mons Seaglass has to offer (which I love btw) but I would also love to have a live dex...
