Any trade schools or colleges you guys would recommend in or near the inland empire to learn welding?

I’ve recently graduated from an industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance program in march and have applied to over 50 jobs with 2 interviews so far but no luck. I’ve started thinking about maybe getting into a different trade and HVAC has always been one of em that has grabbed my attention. Do you guys think I’d have a better chance getting into a job if I went to some type of program or trade school to learn HVAC or is the job market just not that good for every job right now?

I honestly have a hard time with algebra than I see calculus problems and am just like wtfff
