I don’t know where to turn or what to do

Hey guys so I’ve been struggling with epigastric pain and pelvic pain for years, I’m not sure if they’re both separate issues but I’ve had so many tests. I had a laparoscopy and endometriosis was ruled out. I had a endoscopy and colonoscopy and Gastritis was found. I’ve had an MRI scan on my pelvis and nothing was found. I had an ultrasound on my pelvis and a granuloma was found on my liver but the Dr said it’s fine and nothing to worry about, I did my own research and it shows this could be due to inflammation in the body? I just feel like it’s not being taking seriously, I feel unwell nearly every day with fatigue, pelvic pain and cramps and I’m not sure where to go from here or to find out what’s causing these issues. The pelvic pain feels like constant pressure I’ve had UTI tests to rule this out and that all came back normal. I also when to a gynaecologist and that’s all normal too and well as being tested for Pelvic inflammatory disease. I’ve been having these issues for years I guess I’m just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience to me? could it be some sort of autoimmune disease? it seems to come in flare ups

Hey guys I’m looking for some advice about losing weight

So as the title explains I’m looking for advice on how to lose weight and how to keep the weight off. I seem to be getting into binge eating cycles and it’s really getting me down. I can’t currently work out in a gym due to medical issues but can do short walks. I’m a vegetarian and always crave carbs and fill myself up on carbs. I don’t know where to start or how to break this cycle, I just want to feel better about myself again

(28) to age (30) I struggled with my mental health and eating for years, my body looked disproportionate, I didn’t realise I was unwell with an eating disorder at the time. I’m now at a healthy weight and thriving
