This means that while staying clean takes continued effort, it’s far easier to protect the recovery you’ve already built than to go through the painful process of getting clean all over again.

I met a dude in Wheat Ridge today that saw my STS9 sticker on my whip and stopped me to chat. His name was Jameson aka Jame-o and he just went to his 100th show.

If any of you struggle from constipation from Kratom or just in general, give this a try..

Mix one 5 gram scoop of creatine in a 32 ounce container of water. Add two electrolyte packets to the container as well. Shake vigorously and chug it down.

Within 30-45 minutes, you will have everything shooting out of your ass. I’d advise you to stay near a bathroom for 20-30 minutes and I’d also advise you to not trust your farts during this time, I’ve literally pooped my pants numerous times by thinking I was safe to fart.. 😂

This concoction is also great for hydration in general. Mixing creatine and electrolytes is safe, effective, and complementary. Creatine draws water molecules directly into your muscle cells to support strength and cellular hydration, while electrolytes (like sodium, potassium, and magnesium) regulate overall fluid balance, blood plasma volume, and muscle contractions.

I know this sounds comical/crazy but it works. I do this every morning.

I want to preface this post by saying there is absolutely NO JUDGMENT regarding your use from me. Quite honestly, I don’t think any substance should be banned or illegal, even though I have learned that I cannot take certain substances responsibly. I also think it’s extremely weird that once a lot of people stop taking Kratom, they work towards trying to get it banned.. doesn’t seem to happen with alcoholics who get sober or any other drug addict who gets clean but for some reason, people think it’s their responsibility to try to get kratom banned.. 🙄

With that being said, I have successfully quit kratom for over 2.5 years. I have used all of the methods at one point or another to stop my use. I can answer any questions you may have regarding cold turkey, tapering or medicated assisted treatment.
