Saw this all over tiktok and bought it cuz I'm lactose intolerant. Really grainy no matter how much I mix with milk frother. What to do to not waste it?

How to make it less gritty?
Im lactose intolerant and wanted to try protein shakes. After some research I bought the chocolate low sugar flavor(they have a stevia option and I hate stevia) from equip and it isn't gritty or grainy at all. After that I saw the brand be amazing and got the pancakes and syrup flavor and it is very grainy. I bought a milk frother so I didnt have to use the nutribullet and clean it everyday. I use water so I thought I would try it with milk(lactaid) and it was still grainy. Any suggestions? The flavor is ok but I can't get pass the texture. I did put a scoop in some chocolate chip muffin mix and you can very very slightly taste the gritty but the flavor mask it. I don't want to waste it as protein powder gets expensive.

Had test months ago and they said I have low blood pressure. Is this what is causing these spikes everyday or could it be something else?
Had a EKG, Echo and 30 day heart monitor a few years ago and they said everything came back fine. Months ago had a 24hr blood pressure monitor and they said I have hypotension but nothing else

I have a samsung s26 and a fitbit versa 3. I like my fitbit but voice assistant is broken, some of my notifications seem to not be appearing on the watch in the last week, voice to reply to text will say it sent but person never receives the text and I'm worried this watch will stop working soon. I've had this watch for a few years now and love all the features especially the heart rate monitor as it ended up leading me to see a cardiologist (test came back fine but we are keeping an eye on things). It has everything I need so I'm wondering if its worth it. Its on sale for like $40 too

My niche is DS and 3DS gaming with a pinch of roblox in there. 8months ago I posted a Mario Kart DS video that now has 334 views. I got hyper fixated on MKDS at the time so most videos after that were that game. I had discovered emulation so I no longer had to record with my camera pointed at my n3dsxl. 5 videos of just that game I've posted in the last month have got me almost 1500 views. I started posting Mario Kart Super Circuit too and that has got me over 900 views. I don't want to get burned out but I do like playing the games though. Should I just stick to that?

I got melonds on my tablet with a controller and went to open the game as usual. When I opened it the game had reset. I had completed the game already and unlocked everything and now I have to start over. Any ideas why? I completed the game end of last year for my YouTube channel. Any ideas how to fix it?
