The Rooters arena what we thought

What if The Rooters aren't a retcon, but also are different then what we thought? Kuro mentions it in the breakdown I got the screen shot from, but maybe The Rooters do exist in the UAF era, but aren't what is shown in omniverse.

Which is dumber?

Back in the day a lot of people argued that Eye Gut having the symbol on his chest was a bad design choice because thats where his central eye is and those people might be right, but I've also seen people defend the omnitrix symbol being on upgrade's eye which is also a dumb design choice because thats where he shoots his beam.

Ben (10k) Again

In order for Omniverse’s version of Ben10k to be Ben’s future he would have to take heroism completely serious again, most likely drive his friends & family away in someway (like we saw in the original), Kevin would have to go crazy again and be put in the Null Void and this would have to be the status quo for at least a decade maybe more and finally some type of catalyst would have to happen for Ben to chill out. As for Kevin instead of him being a psychopath like in the original he’s probably suffering from power overload again and so I think the events of “Ken10” would still happen, which means Devlin may or not be a thing (I doubt he’s Gwen’s son). One big change is instead of Kenny being given his own omnitrix for his birthday, he’s given Ben’s perfect omnitrix as a kinda hand-me-down since Ben now wields The Biomatrix.

I don’t really know how Kevin would “chill out” this time around, and I’d like to think in this timeline Devlin is a clone of Kevin created by The Rooters.

What does this mean?

I have a question is Gwen a Master Magician in The Future this line says “High Magus” and from a quick google search that name is the title of a wizard. Furthermore does she have some kind of position in Ledgerdomain?

Meeting

Peter Parker was about 15 when he became Spider-Man and had learn and loss a lot to became a hero. Ben Tennyson by the time he was 15 he already was a hero he already had heroic virtues instilled into him. By the time Peter was bitten/in his superhero career (actor/wrestler), Ben was either enjoying a normal teenage life or just return to heroism during The High Breed conspiracy. What would AF Ben tell Peter During this time period if they met?

Immortality

So within canon Sir George was immortal long before he wielded Ascolon. This never explained, but then I remembered in Classic The Fountain of Youth exist.

A Sequel

Let’s be honest everything about Omniverse’s Ben10k feels more like a sequel to “Ben 10,000” & “Ken10”, then an actual probable future for Ben Prime (in the time frame of Omniverse). The reintroduction of Kai feels like a forced addition to the story and the fact that UAF straight up shows that Classic’s future could never happen. Maybe aspects of Classic’s future could exist in other futures like Ben having a son named Kenny.

Here’s the thing this version of Ben10k is here to invoke a sense of nostalgia for Classic, but couldn’t narratively happen without major narrative gymnastics and shutting of your brain. It’s one of Omniverse’s many cool, for the sake of cool things. It’s performative.

The Return

So what I'm about to say is a little crazy, but hear me out.

I think we can all agree that Julie and Ben's relationship wasn't handled well in UAF. In my opinion, the peak of their relationship was Alien Force Season 2. Everything after that was just constant bickering and Ben acting like a jerk.

That said, while I do think their breakup in Omniverse was probably the best outcome given where the relationship had gone, I also think the way it happened was completely out of character for Julie.

Realistically, I think Julie would have asked Ben why he broke up with her. The whole "butt dial" misunderstanding feels like something that would have been cleared up pretty quickly, and they probably would have gone back to the status quo. Instead, not only does Julie ghost Ben, but she also suddenly shows up with a new boyfriend. That just doesn't feel like Julie to me.

Matt Wayne has said that Julie still has feelings for Ben, and honestly, I don't think that's hard to believe.

Personally, I'd like to believe that Ben and Julie could end up together in the future. Now hear me out.

In the original Ben 10,000 timeline, Ben is married to Kai. However, it's likely that the two hadn't seen each other in years and were very different people than they were when they were ten years old. They may have simply decided to give their relationship another chance later in life.

I could see something similar happening with Ben and Julie. After spending a few years apart, and with Ben's ego hopefully being tempered by his relationship with Kai, Ben could become a very different person.

As much as some people believe Kai is endgame, I'm not convinced their relationship would last. Ben has never been the kind of person to let fate dictate his life, and Kai has never seemed like the type of person to fundamentally change who she is.

Because of that, I could see a similar scenario playing out: years pass, Ben and Julie unexpectedly reunite, and those old feelings begin to resurface. I think that possibility is more believable than people give it credit for.

Or maybe this is just cope from a Kai-hater.

The Origin of Gods in Ben10

So I have a theory about gods in The Ben10 universe. Back in Classic it’s revealed/implied most of the worlds religions/cultures are based on aliens the episode that explores this the most is Benwolf. Tom Perkins also revealed that Ah Puch, The Mayan God of Death is also an alien worshipped by early humans so Aliens formed the basis for Earth‘s cultures (kinda). This ask a much larger question about the wider universe, it’s easy to say every alien that visited earth was interpreted as a god, but what about other alien planets, could you argue something similar if a Tetramand visited Galvan Prime would they interpret him as a god? I don’t think this is the case, instead a propose a different idea. What if The Contumelia visited planet in the universe and they are what started the concept of gods. The Contumelia are multi-dimensional beings that the “human” mind can’t interpret to a normal person they see The Contumelia as what ever their heart desires (kinda), but to an early sentient race who may not have such structured desires how would they interpret The Contumelia? I believe The Contumelia are the basis for all gods in the universe and that what early life couldn‘t interpret became the basis for their religion. Outside of humans the only real religion we know about is that of The Galvan which worshipped “Machine Gods”. What if these “gods” where how The Galvan saw The Contumelia and what they saw was actually their future ingenuity, hence “The Machine“ part.

What Could of Been

I wish Kuro did a breakdown of this episode. I cant believe The “Crystal Jesus“ episode one over this one.

If your out there Kuro is there anyway to make full breakdown a possibly maybe after OV breakdowns or after The “And Beyond“ project?

MorOtesi

I think MorOtesi is one of the most fascinating pieces of Ben10 or because not only is it a wonderful level in the video game but its lore is fascinating. According to the former lore it was a natural green planet but the nature and the original plane’s inhabitants where wiped out due to a “natural disaster“ so that means Chromastone’s kind came later.

Most people headcanon that MorOtesi is a planet or moon next to Petropia, but considering MorOtesi started out as a green planet it seems impossible.

But any ideas?

PS - MorOtesi is canon and no one convince me otherwise. 🤣

What If: Sir George Development

So in the Omniverse episode “An American Benwolf in London” the new Forever King mentions that Excalibur was wielded by Beowulf, King Arthur & Sigurd. as fascinating as this piece of lore is why could of these figures been Sir George. I think it would have been good word building and you can’t tell me that George didn’t have aliases throughout history there’s no reason he couldn’t have been all these people. DC did something similar with the villain Vandal Savage.

I said it in another post, but why couldn’t Ascolon be Excalibur, it would have made a lot of sense. Its not like the sword we see in Omniverse is that impressive anyway.

Who is H.P. Lovecraft in Ben10

I think it’s safe to assume that Dagon inspired all of Lovecraft‘s work in The Ben10 Universe. Question is how do you think Dagon spoke to Lovecraft? Maybe Lovecraft visited Ledgerdomain or Lovecraft could have worked for The Forever Knights like Dr. Jekyll did?

Kenny Changed Thing

I found this post on Instagram and I find it kinda interesting. You could make an argument or at least a fun headcanon this is why Kenny went back in time. His actions in Omniverse actively changed the future and saved his mom.

Who are these characters?

First of let me provide some context. I'm watching one of Speed's Entity303 short films, "Make A Wish" and on a wall in one scene is a list of names I'm not sure who are these characters are.

Known: Kapa-70, Experiment 88, Notch, Speed179, Herobrine, Elder King

Unknown: Caveman, Mossy Night, Mini 303, Mask of Death, Entity 704

Six Six’s Name

So it’s not even his real name. Six Six is closer to Din being called “Mando“ then a birth name that makes his siblings being named after numbers even dumber.

Same Thing

Personally I’d like to think The Keystone of Bezel was UAF’s Alpha Rune. It’s separate from the other charms and created with the direct purpose of surrendering the other charms and The Alpha Rune is said to be the prime magical artifact. The Charms are basically Ben10’s equivalent to The Infinity Stones & surprisingly Marvel has an equivalent it’s called The Ego Gem. Now The Keystone does appear in OV separate from The Alpha Rune, but I personally headcanon The Keystone was always The Rune.
