Great fight honestly, but Rolly DID NOT THROW at all, rocked Teo in the 5th i think and did not do anything apart from that.

Almost fuckin killed myself at the gym today 😭💀

Brooooo what the actual fuck man, I'm so embarrassed but also shocked.

I was inclined benching around 60kgs, ik it ain't a lot but I do this for around 10 reps for 3 sets almost every 2 days right.

Today was the usual, warmed up hit the bench and did some practice sets then I loaded the weight and began bench pressing.

And idk what the fuck happened mid set my right arm just COMPLETELY gave up, like LEGIT!! I COULD NOT PUSH the weight further at all, not even slightly.

Then I somehow managed and dropped my right hand completely and dropped the right side plates down then a trainer helped me thank God.

If that shi dropped down my chest or neck i would've been dead Imao.

I was so goddam shocked and disgusted at myself

Ruined my entire workout, couldn't do anything properly, fuckin useless piece of shit istg I am.

How do I stop mouth breathing!!? 😭🙏

I mouth breath A LOT and been tryna avoid that.

I thought about taping my mouth while working out in the gym but that just seems like a dangerous idea cuz my workouts take around 2 hours per day and are very hectic.

Like what am I supposed to do!!?
