Former advertiser, now in house for a brand. Ive been with the company for 4 years and have gone from a very understaffed team of just me, to a team of 3 in the past year. Two of them are 2 months in. We have new C Suite and have high demands, which Im happy about as it’s been really pushing me to work harder and smarter.

I am the senior lead on my team, and am taking my first few days of PTO this year and I hate the feeling of being disconnected. I understand this is bad and I’m micromanaging. I think a lot of this comes from me being so passionate about the work.

I made a PTO Document for my team to handle while I’m away from work and I just have this feeling of dread/anxiety that things are going to be done wrong. I’m 4 days into vacation and I am struggling.

At this point I’d rather work to calm my nerves.

What can I do to better about this so I can fully log off and be a better manager?

I was replaying KH2 the other day and forgot Chicken Little was a summon and I realized Disney movies are far outpacing KH games that a character that’s so insignificant nowadays was in that game, so it got me wondering, what movies do we expect in the next game?

Right now meaning, the show is airing or has another season in the pipeline/ currently in between seasons.

I just started watching and wanted to know if it was just for the show or not

To the people who keep posting these and engaging with it, I really think it’s time to take a hard look in the mirror and ask why you’re still engaging with this stuff.

It’s been almost 3 months. It’s time to let the mouse go.

This saga was interesting at first, but now that we’ve seen the full season, a 3 part reunion, a special episode that followed up on it, and daily updates from people taking their photos out in public….. let’s pack it up.

I’m 33M and my cousin is 22F. We are both white.

After graduating college (a notable criminal justice program) she was fired from her first job (reason not clearly known).

She’s recently wiped her Instagram and is now posting frequently. She’s using the n word casually in many of her posts (not the hard r version), wearing silk bonnets (she has naturally straight hair), and types/writes with African American Vernacular English.

I find it completely inappropriate. My Aunt is concerned about her well being, but doesn’t want to address it.

Do I do anything? Or just let her learn the hard way?

Rewatching The Next Generation and their high school reunion is supposed to be their 10th, making the previous generation about 28 years old.

I assumed this was to keep the timeline accurate with Emma’s age, but then I looked up the actor’s ages and saw they were 29 and 30 when this was filmed.

I’m 33 now…. And I’m in complete shock. I would’ve guessed the actor and actress were around 40. They look way older than anyone in my age group.

Correct me if I’m wrong, and this isn’t a feature.

My coworker uploaded a video to our Space on CapCut but I can’t pick up the edit and tweak text overlays and length. I just get the final asset the way she exported.

Is there no way for me to pick up her edits, similar to how Google Docs function?

I can’t only be me right? I take Cody’s classes frequently and it feels like he’s off the schedule every other month.

Good for him for negotiating that contract for him to teach 3 classes a week and getting so much PTO.

So last summer my friend Jerry went to FIP for a day trip for the 4th of July. I couldn’t join as I had family plans.

Jerry ended up crashing at my friend Daniel and Jeff’s. Daniel is a close friend, but Jeff owns the house at FIP.

Last week, Jerry asked if I wanted to go with him again. I said I’d consider it. Jerry mentioned asking Daniel if we could stay at Jeff’s with them again.

I had dinner with Daniel the other night and he brought up how Jerry got really messed up last year at FIP and Jeff didn’t really like him and felt inconvenienced. Daniel said he was embarrassingly drunk.

Should I tell Jerry just so he’s aware? We’re very close friends, and personally I would want to know. But I know some people would rather not.

SMALL EDIT: Jerry does not have a drinking problem. He just had one day of too much to drink. We’ve all been there before.

I already saw hate comments on Twitter and Instagram about “Rock Music” not being good.

And I LOVE that reaction.

As a fan since 2014, it’s just been so fun to watch Charli grow and see her do something that’s completely unsafe.

Everyone’s expecting the lead single to be some massive hit or win, and that’s just never been who Charli is.

I didn’t like “Von Dutch” at first and hated the “brat” cover for a month. Now it’s like Bible to me.
