I have one canker sore and 2 other similar thing, want to kill myself /s , cant even swallow saliva

Im M22, i used to get canker sores regularly from childhood, later I found out its bakery items like biscuits which trigger it, stopped that, Also started using sls free toothpaste, after these it has reduced alot, like now i get it only once in 2 - 3 months if i am careful. But still some foods are trigging it i am not able to find out which ones.

Day before yesterday I got this no idea what I had. Went to doctor several times they just give allergy pills, gargle and tell to avoid eating foods which cause it.

I am also diagnosed with grade 3 adenoid in throat and deviated nasal septum, essentialy my nose throat mouth area is all f**d up, cannot tell how much this is affecting my daily life, im fed up of this.

Anyone here who were able to completely cure canker sore forever, please help.
