Mega Clawitzer - Water/Dragon Type
HP - 71
ATK - 83 (+10)
DEF - 108 (+20)
SPA - 185 (+65)
SPD - 109 (+20)
SPE - 44 (-15)
Ability: Multishot
Alongside powering up pulse moves by 30%, this treats all pulse moves used by Mega Clawitzer as spread moves in doubles.
There are a few thoughts on the concept:
Mainly it revolves around Clawitzer's speed. While i used art from Banette_Shiny44 as inspiration, I view Mgea Clawitzer's evo emphasizing its claw. This claw is emphasized so much, in fact, that Clawitzer becomes slower as a result of the added weight.
I did this because I feel like with a higher SpA stay combined with a lower SPE stat, Mega Clawitzer could become a trick room menace. Its extra bulk also allows it to survive a couple of hits and stay on the field. I wanted to give it a niché similar to Mega Camerupt's or Bloodmoon Ursuluna's.
I was inspired by Banette_Shiny44 to do Multishot. It was between this and giving it Water Sprout and not changing Mega Launcher, but I didnt feel *that* evil. I also reduced the buff from 50% to 30% so it didn't just become Mega Launcher but better (since Blastoise also gets the ability so i didnt wanna cheat him out on that). The idea behind this is that it enables Mega Clawitzer to be a TR sweeper, but has a weakness of getting walled by Pokémon with Wide Guard, so you'd either need to bring an extra single targeting move like Scald (CLAWITZER DOESN'T EVEN GET HYDRO PUMP?!?!?! THIS FUCKER GETS IT NYOW), or have a partner to deal with those mons.
Also as a fun interaction, this makes Heal Pulse also heal Mega Clawitzer when used :D
**Ideas if I wanted to get evil/make it busted**
Keep Mega Launcher, buff it to include blast and bomb moves, and give this thing Water Sprout or Origin Pulse. Nerf Mega Clawitzer's speed to 34 (-25 points) and invest those lost points into SpA (so now its 195 like Mega Mewtwo Y).
**Syngeries**
Mega Clawitzer on rain tail room teams becomes Satan. A water pulse from this thing will probably just kill your opponent IRL. It'll probably pair especially well with Sinischa due to its survivability and healing potential.
Bakugo is in nearly every chapter of a 431 chapter Manga, compared to Reze who is in around a dozen (if I remember correctly)
Essentially a mix of like the guardian curse that was first found at Yuji's school and inherited techniques.
I'd imagine, similar to family pets, sorcerer clans may have powerful shikigami that are passed down depending on the clan role (i.e head of the clan gets the main family shikigami).
For this I got an idea for some.
**Hariti - Kamo Clan** - A large feminie-shaped curse with four arms and each arm bears three sharp needle-like fingers and four wings. It has access to knowledge of RCT and stores blood in its abdomen. This allows it to be a consistent supply of blood for any kamo-clan head. Using its extendable fingers it can force its blood into other beings or drain blood.
**Maitreya - Zenin Clan** - A tiger-sized dog that appears to be blind except for in its third, wide open eye. With this they can see the "Path of Least Resistance". This shows the user pathways they can take that are most likely to lead to safe travels. For example: If theres an earthquake and the building is collapsing, Maitreya can guide them to the pathway where the rubble is least likely to fall. If theyre fighting on unsteady footwork or trying to rush to a location, Maitreya provides a path that is simultaneously the quickest, least strenuous, and most convenient.
No clue what to do for Gojo clan BTW
Tho for smaller clans like Inumaki, it could help with communication which is fun.
For some details, this move works similarly to an expert belt where it increases the damage itself by 1.2x. This happens irregardless of the type (unless hitting a Fairy with Dragon) so long as the target is partially a Dragon or Fairy type.
This would replace Swarm for Escavelier, and with its 135 base ATK, if you genuinely hate fairies with all your heart, it could have a small niché in TR teams to kill those fae you hate.
Though I'll admit it'll be a niché of nichés, as while Dragon and Fairy types are popular i dont think these monsters will match up too well into them, and outside of Dragonite I dont see any dragons or fairies being so bulky that this would make a difference. I just like the idea behind it.
Also yes this does decimate Mega-Altaria but it's a coincidence, I swear.
