This Beautiful Monstrosity

This dragon fruit cactus that I grew from a seed one year and eight months ago has finally outgrown its support poles. As I'm always hanging over it noting every microscopic growth (lol) I saw immediately when it stopped growing two weeks ago. Now it just sits, sensing that it isn’t safe to grow any more.

So I was wanting some ideas on how to restake it so it can continue growing into an even beautifuller monstrosity.

What's a Seriously Scary Dream That Upset You For Weeks?

I had a dream that we had a lady friend at our house (she was only a friend in the dream, we don't know any such person in real life). She was strikingly pale-complexioned and she had a strange trait that we all knew about. Several times in mid-conversation she would momentarily die. Like, while still sitting in her chair, her eyes would fall shut, her mouth fall open, and she would sit limply for a few seconds. Then she would open her eyes and come back to life and go on talking. No one was a bit surprised. Little girl me was completely freaked out and this dream haunted me for many weeks.
