I hate these not bc of the outfits (they're gorgeous) but bc the caption just irks me.

I've encountered something very strange. A few years ago I bought this CD from a band called Oneri at the clearance bin in a very small US record store. Today I was sorting through my things and found it. Curious I googled the name. Nothing relevant. I tried searching song titles and everything. There is a Genius page but the songs are all Russian and has nothing to do with Oneri. After extensive research I can't find anything on it. What is this? Who are the members? And why is there zero info about it? I would put a clip of a song but I don't know where my CD player is right now.

Hello models, I'm going to be hosting a gamepass contest!!

For the contest you must submit 3 outfits that follow each of the themes i chose! To submit your outfit just comment the photos on this post.

🌊 1. Etheral mermaid/siren

Translucent textures, muted colors, dark wavy clothes, and of course the mermaid tail/set. This doesn't necessarily mean dark or gloomy, but just a beautiful, otherworldly kind of mermaid!!

🎎 2. Culture of your choice!

Make an outfit that represents any culture (I used India and Japan for examples but it can be anywhere). Try to use the culture sets and patterns. Make sure the outfit is not plain or simple so use layering, textures, and make it super beautiful.

⛸️ 3. Snowy Denim

I couldn't find a picture that exactly represents this but just imagine the 2 inspo pics combined. Basically its denim with a touch of snow and a wintery vibe! I'd suggest using something with fur/fluffy, snow boots, denim skirts, and a warm hat, maybe some leg warmers! Just get creative really.

After i get enough submissions probably 8 - 10, I will gift the gamepasses! So for 1st place its any gamepass (including perm vip), then 2nd place is any gamepass under 350 robux (such as increased item limit, custom makeup etc.) and 3rd place is an honorable mention.

The winner will be based off my opinion+ upvotes and comments from others. Remember to make the outfits super colorful, cohesive, and a little etheral. In the pictures make sure the full outfit is shown and not cut off at the shoes/waist.

Hey all, a gas station I went to has a sign with no heads (that's also out of order) so have fun with it!! Be as funny or creative as you wish

So as the title says my bf will not stop washing dishes with his bare hands. It's not a huge problem, just a minor annoyance, but still very strange. I've tried to get him to use sponges, scrubbers, even the dishwasher itself but he says they all "spread bacteria" and "get particles in the food". So he uses his bare hands and fingernails to scrub the food from our dishes (not kidding 🤢) which does NOT, in fact, "make them cleaner." I usually have to rewash them because he doesn't get the corners and of course doesn't use hot water because it hurts his hands, so there's a layer of oil too. He said he actually likes the feeling of the mushy food under his fingernails...

In other aspects our relationship is going well. But I guess nobody's perfect 🤷‍♀️

Food: Chocolate ice cream and brownie

I've been seeing a lot of posts on the Snark and other subreddits that seem to just instantly shoot down electronic song concepts such as Pinky Up and more recently Iconic by Mistake. Even the new Girlset song Chat is getting hate simply for having an electronic instrumental.

Now I'll admit Pinky Up is not the best song created. Neither is Iconic by Mistake. Sure, not everyone likes the electronic hyperpop aesthetic, and if it's not your cup of tea I'm not bashing you. But a lot of people seem to have the mindset that a "good" song can only feature soft harmony, melodic singing, and a gentle, feminine vibe. You can be fierce and still make a great sounding song!! Take M.I.A. for example. If it was released now, I bet people would say "Oh great another Gnarly copy paste." Gnarly is not the first electronic pop song nor will it be the last. People like Alice Longyu Gao, Tiffany Day, SOPHIE, and Charli XCX have been in the scene for way longer than Katseye and have established it as a very dynamic genre.

All I'm saying is that it's not fair to bash a song just because it's not soft and feminine. Similarly, its not fair to bash Katseye themselves because their styling and makeup isn't soft and feminine. Concerns about being too exposed and sexualized are valid, but it's also important to consider Katseye are DEFINATELY not the first people to be up on a stage in skimpy costumes. The issue doesn't stem from them, they're just following what the team knows will get them views sadly. Though some of the outfits and makeup are appropriate, but bashed for being too bold and alternative. Its hard to draw the line between being genuinely artistic and just pandering to trends. But I do know as a lifelong electronic and EDM lover that the new Katseye era (and recent Kpop songs as a whole such as Celebrate or Boompala) doesn't deserve hate just for being more fierce.
