Zenshi Sushi

I have been reading mixed comments about this Sushi, considerable hate towards it. For me, it tastes great, and for the price is a 10/10 IMO, what do you guys think?
Also, these 2 were made fresh as they did not have more on the counter.

Sugar free Syrup problem

Hey. I do not know if this the right sub to post in, but I don’t where else to put it.

I have a sugar free syrup problem, I am using half a bottle in around 2 days. Are there any negative effects of this? or may I just enjoy it? It makes everything taste sweet and better, Yogurts, Sweet potatoes, bread, rice cakes, baking recipes.

I am not so worried about the calories as even 1/4 bottle its just 60kcal.

BAREBELL Cookies and Caramel

Best protein bar I’ve ever tried by far. I tried the cashew one and it was allright, and the other brands of bars do not even come close to this ones, this one felt like a candy bar. What other options would you recommend, I enjoy very sweet things. They are expensive for me as a frugal guy, that is the only downside.

M21 6’0 First time lowering the bar

Hello, first time doing squats leaning forward and placing bar lower, I used to place it on the top of my traps, how is my form? how can I fix my left foot moving to the inside?

I know it needs to be improved still. Also, is it normal to feel kinda uncomfortable on my back and wrists because of the position? Thanks.

180 x 5

I am so weak on my legs although they are big, is this good form? or the bar is too high and the feet to wide? Thanks

Sodium levels?

I am considerably active, 2-3 runs per week, one of them for soccer conditioning, and lift x4-5 a week, plus walking, but twice a week I finish with this amount of sodium, how bad is it and how would this affect my water weight? I am currently on a 500-600 kcal deficit.

Is this normal?

I am at 99% batter percentage, I went to apple and say that it is normal but I don’t think it is supposed to last that little.

Seeking Investment advice

Hey everybody, I am currently 21 Years old, and I have 35k in Savings, which 5k are in Schwab, investing mainly in sp500, SWGLX AND SCHD, and then a little of Nvidia and MU.

I have the rest of my money on an account that gives me little to not interests, and I am planning to use that money to start entrepreneurship and/or traveling or a downpayment for a house in my homecountry.

Should I keep that money on savings? or add more capital to investing although I will need to take it off if I want to do what I am planning to do. Maybe allocate some more like 5k more to investing? and do it more aggressively instead of just 100-200 USD per week?

I know it is not a lot of money but I want to be very precautious on how to use it.

Any advice is welcomed.

I have no debts no car payment no anything rather than Rent, Car insurance and maintenance, and groceries, and I can save a decent amount per month (Around 1k)

Feeling stuck. First pic with blue shorts is March 2025 second is May 12th 2026, 14-15 month plateau in weights, I do cardio an play soccer, and train very close to failure, may be overtraining?

u/Vegetable_Apple8757 — 2 months ago

How everyone progress?

I have been stuck for 15 months in the gym, virtually same weights same reps, and I see on TikTok and everywhere people with astonishing physiques, same training time as me, are they all on PEDs, I am training wrong?

Also, how do people manage to improve their whole body? especially things like forearms? how do you get to get better at every single muscle? As spending 6 days in the gym is not the path for muscle gain? and training shouldn’t last more than 1-1.5 hours max, what am I missing?

feeling stuck

Currently 21 yrs old, I have been working out consistently for 2 Years now, I gained around 20kg in the first couple of months as I did almost a year of consistent gym but then stopped completely.

• Split: 5-Day Training Split (PPL + 2 variable days).
• Intensity Style: 2 sets per exercise.
• Target: Training to absolute failure on most lifts.
• Cardio: 40-minute Zone 2 fasted runs (5km).
Pull Day (Back & Biceps)
• Lat Pulldown: 1 x 8-10 reps, 1 x 10-12 reps.
• Seated Machine Row (Chest Supported): 2 sets to failure (Focusing on the machine in the photo).
• Smith Machine Shrugs: 3 x 10-13 reps.
• Cable Pullovers: 3 x 10-12 reps.
• Rear Delt Flys: 2 x 10-12 reps.
• Bayesian Curls: 2 x 10-12 reps.
• Preacher Curls: 2 x 10-12 reps.
• Hammer Rope Curls: 2 x 10-12 reps.

Push Day (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps)
• Incline Smith Machine Press: 2 sets (Your primary mover for the last 14 months).
• Overhead Press (Standing): 2 sets (Currently struggling with glute squeeze/nerve tingling).
Dips and tricep extensions
• Lateral Raises: 2-3 sets.
• Tricep Work: 2-3 sets

and then I mix those on the upper day.

I don’t know what to do, my diet is on point and i train hard.
