I'm anime only and there are many like me who have forgotten everything, like what are Sword God, Dragon God, North Emperor, Sword king

How many Gods are there, what is the hierarchy between God, King, Emperor, etc?

How many continents are there, where Rudeus and Eris and others are currently?

Just explain me the world briefly so I get caught up, cuz I don't have the time to watch everything again and I don't read the Manga or the light novel

When will Riot fix THIS?

Currently, some items are really busted. Specifically Crit and Lethality. You know the items are broken when Champs who are not supposed to build them, build them and have success with it. Examples include:

Darius building lethality
Olaf building Crit
Noc building lethality
Briar building Crit/Lethality
Jarvan building lethality

Yi building Crit/lethlity

so much more...

The items are so broken that any AD champ can build them and find success. This is so broken. I think Riot should address this
