It's the only actual way to calculate gaps and difference in power between Upper Moons using something, not just by assuming that Akaza ~ 2 Hantengus and so one
I will be honest, expect for Douma being that much stronger than Akaza, it works
I can see Douma ~ 2.5 Akazas, but 3.5 is definitely too much
People who think that Douma is closer to Kokushibo than to Akaza, be proud, auras support this
I was doing it based on my own opinion that higher Upper Rank > lower Upper Rank in physical speed/strength and durability because of concentration of Muzan's Blood in it, so even without their BDAs most of them still go by hierarchy expect for Pot Form Gyokko because... well... tiny arms, he will not harm anyone with it
For Kokushibo - UM 2 level, because without Moon Breathing he definitely will not be able to overwhelm Douma even if he is significantly superior to him in all starts
Douma is placed in comparison to Akaza, who without Compass was constantly slashed by Base ICA Tanjiro and Douma shouldn't be much higher than this
I still can't place even this Douma below UM 3 Tier because he was constantly perception blitzing UM 5 level fighters, so even without his BDA he will be insanely strong
Zohakuten without his BDA still has superior stats to Gyokko in final form, but relies on BDA much more, so gets weaker significantly
Final Form Gyokko without BDA only loses his one-shot ability, doesn't change the fact that if you can't keep up with his speed, he can punch you to death
Kaigaku and Gyutaro lose decent amount of their power, but even without BDA they can easily kill you
Maybe, they still should stay at UM 6 Tier, I am not sure

Kaigaku can either be killed after Infinity Castle collapses or by the time Yushiro takes control over Nakime
It doesn't matter, the main thing is death of Zenitsu and dozens of Demon Slayers
In my opinion, Spider Brother is the weakest, he doesn't really have a BDA, just a venom which he spits
Next one is Spider Sister - she actually has BDA and managed to no diff Mountain Arc Murata, who still should be above average demon without BDA
Swamp Demon is middle one - was defeated pretty easily by first mission Tanjro
Yahaba is the second strongest - almost killed Tanjiro after being decapitated
Susamaru - the strongest one, wasn't defeated neither by Tanjiro or Nezuko, Tamayo tricked her
They have Cooler with them and he seems pretty reasonable, why not ask him to kill Goku?
I would understand such confidence if they had power level of 2 millions each, on par with third form Frieza, but with power levels of 200K jumping guy who killed someone who even in first form has power level of half a million seems like a suicide
They already knew that exactly Goku killed Frieza, one of them even mentions that he can increase his power level, why try to jump him?
If I were in their places I would simply fly around Cooler praying that if Goku blasts something at me, Cooler will defend me, because I am a valuable subordinate
I definitely wouldn't expect myself to do anything to Goku
