All of these are Southern classics. I add craisins to the coleslaw, which isn't a Southern thing, at all, but I love that bit of sweetness in it.

A mandelbratwurst
Ham, turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo on toasted white
Quackeroni and cheese.
I've grilled endive and radicchio before but never romaine. Cut it in half, leaving the stem attached to hold each half together. Brush cut sides with olive oil, salt, pepper, and put on a very hot grill for 30 seconds, rotate 60-70 degrees and grill for 30 more seconds. ONLY GRILL ON ONE SIDE!
Add dressing and shaved parm. Crouton or two would be good, too. Grilled Caesar Salad!
They have a solid dog here but the burgers are the star for sure.
Pho Hien Vuong has great coffee but it's just with condensed milk, not the whipped egg yolks.
