Pretty much the title. I see so many guys here contemplating if they should buy X or not. I’m just trying to save you guys some money. Even in my friend circle, I see people crying that they paid 3k and still they’re not getting matches and I laugh at them lol.

If your hinge is dry on free plan then it’ll be dry on the paid plan as well. Don’t think buying premium will make you hotter or beautiful or anything. At max, you’ll probably get 1 like a week if you pay for it, so I’m just trying to save you some money

Been on hinge a while and I do alright there as a guy, around 1200 matches over time, so getting matches or dates isn’t really the issue. Even offline I’ve had people have approached randomly for modelling or girls call me good looking etc so I don’t think it’s a looks problem. But it just feels empty after a point. Almost every time it’s the same pattern, things start well, we talk, and within 2-3 days the energy drops and replies slow down. Sometimes we meet, but it either fades out or turns into “not looking for anything serious” or just casual. The moment I say I’m looking for something real, the vibe dips even more.

Tried being upfront, tried being chill, changed my profile, taken breaks, nothing really changes. At this point even a new match doesn’t feel exciting, just feels like it’ll go the same way. Anyone else in India dealing with this or am I missing something?
