The last room in the video would be yours

You'll have a private bathroom that's exclusively yours. It's attached to the bedroom*. There is no bed and storage in the room, we will have to buy/rent it but we will split it three ways.

* Total Apartment Rent: ₹100,000/month

* Your Rent: ₹28,000/month

* Maintenance:* 6k/3 = 2k

* Deposit:* ₹400,000/3 = ₹130,000

One months rent brokerage applicable

 Total monthly cost: ~₹30,000 + furniture rent
