Amex Corporate Card Program Questions

I have recently been appointed as the CFO of a business and we are currently spending $15-$20M / year on our credit cards (non Amex). Our current vendor is trash and I am looking to switch to Amex. It appears that nearly the entire Amex Corporate Card program is negotiable.

What are things that people have negotiated? What should I expect? What do people recommend?
