Long story short I kind of crash dieted a bit but somehow I made it. I was feeling terrible about my body. About everything. I had slowly climbed from 81 to 96.5 kilos, it was ridiculous and I had never felt worse. I got thigh rashes, and looked, well, bad.

So, this January I said screw all that and started a diet. I looked at everything like a math equation. Every piece of food was two things, calories (duh) and protein (considered to stave off muscle loss from weight loss). I'd overestimate everything I ate on purpose, that way should my math be incorrect it'd be in my favor. No more dinner, just two cups of skyr, no more snacking period, all sugary drinks substituted for sugarfree counterparts unconditionally. I even stopped eating my second breakfast, just opting for coffee in a thermos.

The goal was simple, 80KG by December and uhhh... I got carried away I think? In June I got down to 76 kilos, my end goal was 70 but I figured it'd be good enough. Now, I stopped so I wouldn't go full ED, I knew this was certainly a bit faster than I had anticipated, like multiple times faster. Nowadays I still do my thing but aim for 2000-2100 kcal daily and by some holy miracle of god, I've been holding down 76kg fine.

I'm keeping tabs on my weight by weighing myself every few days. Was what I did wreckless? Yeah, can't say it wasn't. But it got me here, didn't it? I'm a bit worried about it coming to bite me in the ass but, somehow, nothing's reared its head, and my weight as I said, is actually stable..? Thoughts?

Honestly, 5-7 are my least favorite episodes, they feel a bit "move the plot forward" and that's about it, ey. But hey, they get the job done.
